one fucking random day i was talking with a friend, and he was like, "dude i found the SHIT in FFT" and i asked him, he sayed he found that if you move and move the equivalent of 2 years (FFT time) betwen gariland and egrose (mandalia plains) with NO FIGTHS then enter a batle there u will find agrath with a company of 4-6 DKnigths, htey have the shit in stuff (all have knigth swords, kashier shields, and genji armor sets) i get Balthier to that figth, and steal all their stuff :)

Onion Knight upgrades everytime you master 2 a jobs there are 16 other jobs once he's at level 8 its death for any enemy but online features have onion equipment which is the online to get them sucks for me i guess.

Who said I thought Onion Knight sucked? Onion Knight in this game is amazing, I was just saying it takes a lot less work to get as opposed to Dark Knight. By the way, it's only recommended that you don't just get the prerequisites right away, because then the Onion Knight for that character will have terrible stats as opposed to getting all the classes mastered, as you said, and him then doing as much as, say, Orlandeu every time he does a normal attack.

If anyone wants to know how to get this class, the prerequisites are as follows:

Master the Knight and Black Mage classes,

Get level 8 on both Dragoon and Samurai classes,

and you have to kill 20 enemies total, and by kill I mean make sure they turn into an item/crystal on the field.

in 97 ff T only the main char could get dark knight in as a sq u would have got Dark sword and night sword. its a glitch and to get it u have to do alot of work sws212 and any one else. and yes i do have a two of the dark knight abilities

@Cid0009, In the Japanese PSX FFT release, you could allow Ramza to become a DK after the battle at Lionel Gate. In order to do so, you have had to:

A. remove all of Gafgarions equip and put it on Ramza at the start of the first act.

B. turn gaf into a priest.

C. Ramza gets the killing blow, meaning hp = 0 on Gaf at zirekile falls scenario. (he still ports off)

D. Ramza gets killing blow on Gafgarion at Lionel gate battle and absorbs his crystal.

Tada, DK Ramza.

Last but not the least is Unholy Secrefice - Secrefices own HP to deal extensive dmg 2 all units in range R: Self, Rad: 3 ver. 3 Element. Dark Effect: Slow... i would use Sanguine Sword or Crushing Blow instead of these last ones... Crushing Blow anim is like : Slash - te target is surrounded by purple, green mists... it condense 2 a ball & explodes xD

Takes a while, but I finally got it. I also have the Onion Armor, just got it yesterday. It has permanent Reraise which is kind of nice. I just wished you could use Safeguard with them.

it s not that difficult to get a dark knight, have ramza learn focus or tailwind n jp boost, go into any random battle, deploy ramza n one of your strongest attacker (ninja with brawler n shirahadori) and kill all enemy except one, let ramza use tailwind until his speed reaches 50, and continue with focus, you will get ton of jp really really fast

Specifically in the Japanese PSX and the new PSP versions of FFT, Elmdore is unable to have his equipment stolen. Only in the US PSX version of FFT are you allowed to get his sexy Genji/Masamune gear. Not that there aren't other ways of getting at least the Masamune even if you miss it from him, though.

Yes, 20 enemies have to crystallize. It doesn't matter if you get them or not.
