Beautiful video, touching images and heartbreaking story .
Severus, however, was my favorite character from the beginning. Yes, I did not know why, but I was sure he was on the right side. The story of the Half-Blood Prince, however, I did not expect, and even his tragic end, really disturbing. Although Severus is a fictional character, I have been really sad!
These images are so incredible..wow..I wish I could draw..anyhow...The "Look at Me" statements are both right and to add a twist I also think that maybe Severus wanted Harry to look at His eyes, as to read them, to show Harry how he protected him and almost commanding him to look deep in his eyes as to say "Ii'm sorry I told Voldemort about the prophecy" and now look where it got me? I think he wanted Harry to look at his soul, like there's so much more to me, just a thought..
I cried alot during part 2 of the deathly hallows but mostly during snapes flashback. It was because I said little snape was cute then my sister said he looked like my old best friend. I used to have such a strong feelings for him but now he just ignores me.
I think Snape wanted to see Lily's eyes for last time before his death, because in the book you can read that the green eyes of Harry looked for the black eyes of Snape, then, Snape's eyes gone off.
Anyway, I love his story, It's so sad ): I think It's sadder in the books than in the movie, because in the movie, Snape's memories were a little confused to me :O

I love them, poor Sev, I can't wait for the second part of the movie, and this video it really made me cry it reminds me of someone i really love, and he love me to, but we fought for a silly thing as Lily and sev did, that's why I feel myself identify with their story. Cute, cute, cute.
Hey this is a beautiful video, I really, really like it and I really, really love Sev since the first book, I always knew that he was good, the only thing that surprised me when I read "The Prince's Tale" in the Deathly Hallows book was that all of the things he did he didi them for her, for Lily, I had never imagined that Lily was his secret love and actually i really like the Lily & Sev couple.

Snape wanted to look at Lily's eyes one more time and I love that it shows that he had true undying love for her and it wasn't lust. By far Severus is my Favorite character. And whenever I read the Princes Tale chapter in Deathly Hallows I cry my eyes out because I know how it feels to be stuck in the "friend zone" persay.

@thewafflefrak Actually I think when he said "look at me" it was to mean look at my life, he swore to dumbledore he would tell harry what he needed to know, and as he was dying the only way was for Harry to see his memories. That was what the look at me meant.
@rachezee No, I disagree. I think it was to look at Lily's eyes, because that was the big moment before he died, just looking into Harry's almond green eyes. That's what I have always read it as, and I think it's a much more beautiful concept.

Snape truly loved Lily. He would have given up everything to save her. He pleaded to Voldemort not to kill her. He offered himself. And when he died... they got to be together again. His love for her cannot be expressed in words. :(
i knew snape loved lily from book 1. the moment Dumbledore said severus hated James i knew it was because he loved lily, later books, OOTP and DH, only confimed it. lily could have easily loved him too but didn't want to risk their friendship, and the he said THAT WORD! Well, Severus Snape is a very interesting character from Harry Potter I can say. It was a big shock for every one to find out the Prince's Tale, his entire story, huh? Snape should have been really greatful that he finally turned the right way. He wasn't totally. Snape was a sensible person and in the same time a very smart one, I mean he did hide his feelings from everyone but Dumbledore...but why? why did he chose to be like that? that's my question
to be honest i think snape deserved to lose lily when she was trying to protect him, he called her a mudblood which even though james was a bully knew not to do.

this video would've been better with the song Always by Jon Bon Jovi.. the lyrics just pierced me through. And i think it suits exactly with how Snape feels for Lily... He never stop loving her. His patronus is proof of that.

U have to feel sorry for Snape, going through all of that with Lily and then having to look after her son who was a constant reminder that James had been the one who married her because her son looked so much like him. And then the awful death. He was a bitter, twisted man but he had his reasons, and although he had no reason to be such a bastard, his behavior to harry is understandable. I always hated him as a kid, but in the final book i just pitied him :(

I cried inside for Snape in the last book..... a lot. He did so many things to keep Harry alive, his patronus, Gryffindors sowrd, and of course his memory that saved his live. I <3 SNAPE

Eh, J.K didn't really win me over with Snape's story. Granted, he loved Lily more than anything...but I must remind you to remember he was completely find with Voldemort going into the Potter home and killing everyone...sans Lily. That includes baby Harry. Snape only turned coat when Voldemort betrayed him by killing his only love. Had Lily lived, and her son and husband died that night...Snape wouldn't have been our tragic hero ~_^
And I never forgave him for his inexcusable belittling of Neville. He of all people considering his childhood should have known better, or at least been strong enough to ignore him rather than degrade him. Neville nor his family ever did anything to him. Harry was one thing, Harry always defended himself and even pushed Snape (not without reason) but Neville did not.

I was never won over by him either. I don't think JKR ever intended to win us over, just explain. I guessed that Snape loved Lily at the end of the 6th. Yes he was brave when Voldemort returned but I never thought he deserved Lily, in fact I thought he got exactly what he deserved. I believe that JK Rowling thought the same though, he died never experiencing the true mutual love that is such a theme in this book. That is the point of this video.

I think snape is good, but I said: what? he's evil!! and when I read the end I get a shock and it make me cry also It make me felt so guilty!!!! -_- I think I love that character!! U_U

@thewafflefrak I think he wanted his last memory to be of Lilys/ Harrys eyes. I agree that he knew he needed to tell harry that he had to die to defeat voldermort. Snape knew he had made mistakes and needed to tell harry to help out lilys son so i think a lot of things were going through Snapes mind

Snape truly loved Lily. He would have given up everything to save her. He pleaded to Voldemort not to kill her. He offered himself. And when he died... they got to be together again. His love for her cannot be expressed in words. :(

i knew snape loved lily from book 1. the moment Dumbledore said severus hated James i knew it was because he loved lily, later books, OOTP and DH, only confimed it. lily could have easily loved him too but didn't want to risk their friendship, and the he said THAT WORD! MUDBLOOD. i hope in the afterlife (heaven or whatever they go to) lily and him meet up again and she forgives him, cuz i know that she knows he loves her. Well, Severus Snape is a very interesting character from Harry Potter I can say. It was a big shock for every one to find out the Prince's Tale, his entire story, huh? Snape should have been really greatful that he finally turned the right way. He wasn't totally. Snape was a sensible person and in the same time a very smart one, I mean he did hide his feelings from everyone but Dumbledore...but why? why did he chose to be like that? that's my question

@whiteblood103 heck no! Severus always was and always will be my favourite character. I always knew there was more to him than meets the eye. After all, if he hated Harry so much, why did he save his life in The Sorcerer's Stone? I think it's so sweet how Severus always loved Lily, even after she married James. And I do think that Lily and James were meant to be together... I almost wish Severus could have lived and maybe someday found a new love. But Rowling was brilliant and I loved Deathly H

this video would've been better with the song Always by Jon Bon Jovi.. the lyrics just pierced me through. And i think it suits exactly with how Snape feels for Lily... He never stop loving her. His patronus is proof of that.
Dumbledore even asked him, "After all this time?" and Snape simply answered, "Always."

U have to feel sorry for Snape, going through all of that with Lily and then having to look after her son who was a constant reminder that James had been the one who married her because her son looked so much like him. And then the awful death. He was a bitter, twisted man but he had his reasons, and although he had no reason to be such a bastard, his behavior to harry is understandable. I always hated him as a kid, but in the final book i just pitied him :(

Eh, J.K didn't really win me over with Snape's story. Granted, he loved Lily more than anything...but I must remind you to remember he was completely find with Voldemort going into the Potter home and killing everyone...sans Lily. That includes baby Harry. Snape only turned coat when Voldemort betrayed him by killing his only love. Had Lily lived, and her son and husband died that night...Snape wouldn't have been our tragic hero ~_^

And I never forgave him for his inexcusable belittling of Neville. He of all people considering his childhood should have known better, or at least been strong enough to ignore him rather than degrade him. Neville nor his family ever did anything to him. Harry was one thing, Harry always defended himself and even pushed Snape (not without reason) but Neville did not.

I was never won over by him either. I don't think JKR ever intended to win us over, just explain. I guessed that Snape loved Lily at the end of the 6th. Yes he was brave when Voldemort returned but I never thought he deserved Lily, in fact I thought he got exactly what he deserved. I believe that JK Rowling thought the same though, he died never experiencing the true mutual love that is such a theme in this book. That is the point of this video.
