yay, i live on long island's north fork, an island off of NYC, and i go to the city all the time. its a really great place. just be careful there. some of the parts can get a but rough, reasons why i dont go to those parts, but other places are amazing. go to all the parks, museum's (the planetarium) and def grand central. make sure you see the lazer light show. i hope you get there. i know, its always been my dream to go to Australia.
