Well,it's hard to stab a closed knife into wood.The Coroner's inquest into this shooting found that the knife belonging to Mr. Williams was closed.The shooting was found to not be justified and the cop was fired.Unfortunately under Washington state law he couldn't be charged with a crime.

It's obvious that when these officers use respectful language and tone - he cooperates. When the yell at him and/or use abusive language he yells back and curses them.
