This is great stuff. My sons, who are wrestlers and myself use sandbags during the summer months. It is amazing how the uneven weight that moves around on you feels so much heavier than a barbell of the same weight. Training like this is part of the reason why my kids have to practice with the 185 and up wrestlers ( they wrestle 145 and 152 respectively). They hurt the lighter kids.
@suchina What kind of back injury risk do you think they are taking when they are wrestling and picking up another guy their own weight who is kicking and fighting? This is to simulate that to condition their "stabilizer" muscles so that injury is less likely.

Pay more attention next time. The coach told one kid, toward the end of the video, that the bag was his weight at 135
Personally, I wouldnt let kids do sandbag training since its more dangerous and demanding then using standard weights
