@fkgablonz Not the same. Actually the 205T16 has little in common with the "regular" 205. Get a 309GTI it is much better than the 205GTI for racing. Trust me.

B-s problem wasn`t power or speed but safety. They tried to make cars light as possible and weakened cars constructions. It killed Toivonen (the cabin of Lancia Delta S4 was very weak and was thrashed entirely and the primitive gasoline tank was uncovered too), killed Bettega (the cabin of 037 was weak), killed the co-driver of Marc Surer (Ford RS 200 was destroyed into pieces and the gas tank expoloded), almost killed Vatanen (cabin did not protect Ari at all).

haha, yes partly because Ari is a legend; also because in '85 Porsche was naturally aspirated and RWD. in Rallye Acropolis, however, one Porsche (forget driver's name right now, was first Arab driver to score points in WRC) did very well, in which both Peugeots retired. Ari Vatanen and Peugeot 205 T16 were a great match indeed though :D
