@00bodybuilder00 In tablet form, it would be efficient if it is time released. Taken as powder, I´d consume it with warm water, and as far as I´ve heard, a micronized one would be prefferable.

Normally each dose is 5 grams. ALWAYS take one does right after you work out. which means you have 3 doses to go during the day. Which I would suggest that you space out evenly throughout your day.
