  • @nodepooteg. if you weigh 225 divide that by 2.2 which is 102.27 then multiply that by 03 which is 30.68 grams of creatine

  • @00bodybuilder00 In tablet form, it would be efficient if it is time released. Taken as powder, I´d consume it with warm water, and as far as I´ve heard, a micronized one would be prefferable.

  • @ mattmills222 in addition to that as far as getting big, the main issue with people getting big and they cant is mainly because they do not know what time of the day to work out, what exercises to do, how many sets, reps to do. How much to eat, How much sleep to get, what suppliments to take ETC.

  • @ mattmills222 if you are 130 pounds divide that by 2.2 which is 59.09. Now multiply that by .3 which is 17.72. You should be taking roughly 18 grams of creatine a day as you 5-7 day loading phase. Normally each dose is 5 grams. ALWAYS take one does right after you work out. which means you have 3 doses to go during the day. Which I would suggest that you space out evenly throughout your day.

    try cellmass creatine before training thats all I use now and i feel great after. :D

  • He made that sound more complicated than it needed to be, if your loading use 5 5gram scoops in day 1. 4 5gram scoops day 2. And so on, after a week use 1 5gram scoop per day AFTER your workout to maintain.

  • @aruan994 On the first five days you should take about 20g per day, which is double the amount which is on the label. This way it will help you saturate your cells in the stuff, After those five days just take 10g per day. Also make sure you space out the intakes in increments of 4 for the loading days, so take 5 g after breakfast, 5g after lunch, 5g after dinner, and 5g before you sleep. Also stay hydrated, right now im loading and im drinking about a gallon of water a day.
