A really useful video. Helped me out a lot. Was worried about damaging my kit by bending the rods, but now that I see that is what you are supposed to do I can go at it with confidence. The cutaways made this a lot more useful than some other videos I've watched.
And my softbox rods fasten directly into the light fixture itself. So this video does not exactly help me. But I did manage to figure out now that putting the light on the stand first, and then connecting the rods is the way for me to go. Putting it together on the table causes everything to collapse.
I sat there for an hour trying to work out how to assemble the softbox and then found this video. How has humanity survived for millions of years without YouTube?

You should open the upper and lower flaps instead, in order to create natural convection and increase ventilation.
