I have a good tip, too: end all dark brotherhood quests and go to the torture room(I don't know it gets called in english because I play it in german), and hit the victims and before they die, heal them. That levels up your One-Hand and your restoration skills ^.-

@monoblosX dude mages are hard as hell to play, I got to about level 48 I tryed to do the main story, and I failed at alduin over 8 times I had to switch to melee...

@iBlueShawrk I guess you just have to use what you can get as a "real"/pure mage. That means nothing less then decreasing costs of your spells heavily by enchanting your clothes. Actually it's even possible to decrease costs to 0 --> spamming whatever spell you want.
