I sometimes find myself when out and about making little nature sculptures because I think of Andy's work, there is something about them. who can,t resist an empty beach and draw circles in the sand with a stick.

I am a figurative sculptor and painter. I'm not attracted to very much abstract art, but Andy's work is a different matter. His forms are beautiful and revel in the joy of nature. They are playful and inventive, done with a spirit that is open to observation of nature's mysteries. Joanne Shenandoah's voice is a great asset to this video. Her album " Matriarch" is especially wonderful, full of purity, innocence, and beauty. Simplicity is profound when it calls to and inspires our better nature.
