I respect you and i like your videos but there is to much theory in your videos, I think people would like you to talk about a workout template, how to incorporate unilaterals, olympic lifts, box jumps, med ball throws , sprints, core work and other things like that. Show us the concentric eccentric exercises and other stuff like that.
@tutunaru Thanks for taking the time to watch and also for the feedback. I appreciate it as I will take it into account. I know many people are usually more into the "whats" than the "whys". With this video series, I wanted to try and educate people as to the smaller details that can greatly impact performance and give the "whys" behind the theories. However, I will keep your input in mind in future vids and will get into those specific exercise applications. Thank you again and stay tuned!
