U get themes from cydia which sends it to winterboard then u go on winter board select theme then ya done

@david2k6murphy yes, first you need winterboard and then when you download a theme from cydia, it shows up in winterboard. then all you have to do is select that theme and deselect your previous theme. then, when you go back to your homescreen you have to wait like 5 secs, then it will be there.

@xelement157x Well,it's not going to be able to be Jailbroken, soz. The reason being is if you used BmxProDucTiioNss way you wouldn't. To do that you must have the SHSH blobs saved on the phone through cydia. So basically it needs to have been Jailbroken before. Whenever that Jailbreak comes out, go to Jailbreakme on you're Iphone and you can do it on the phone itself.
