put a force on the whole car to shoot it where u want it to go and add a constraint make sure it is join bodies not lock. note: it will not distruct automatically. end the constraint as soon as the car collides with the object then add a new constraint (make sure it is join bodies) that only targets wat parts of the car u want to stay in tact.
