BESIDE THE PRICE... is there any good reason why to buy a TD9 instead of a full TD12 or TD20 Drumset ???? Another thing... What do you think about ALESIS or YAMAHA eDrumsets ?? Ever tested such?
The TD9 comes with 50 fully customizable kits with #50 being a user kit. For example you can make the rim of a c ymbal a crash and the bow a ride, Each drum pad has 2 zones the rim and head which are fully customizeable too. The kits sound amazing. Maple sounds like maple, and birch the same. Birch has that signature throaty tone unlike maple which seems bright. I love my TD9, and I added another pad and highhat
I have some questions for you!! Eheh, Please Help Me!
I am italian, sorry for english, so:
1- With this drum i can Rec mi pieces into the drum in WAV or MP3 and after put they into my pc?
2-The best question!!! I can Rec a drum's part in streaming on another piece that i insert into the drum's computer?? So i write a song, Keyboard, Guitar and Bass, for example, i can put my personal song into the Drum's Central Computer and Rec a Drum part in streaming on it?? If yes... wonderfoul...
Well, you know what, ununoctiu? I struggled with that question for half a year. In the end, I got the td-9s (rubber toms) because the price difference wasnt worth it. And I do NOT regret my decision. These things are amazing! Whatever you choose, you won't regret it! Go out and buy it!! they're AWESOME!!!! (if i get a video camera, i'll review it...) Hope this helps!
great playing man. the electo kits are my favourite on the td9 too. i play alot of live drum n bass with dj's. have you started importing the wav files into your module yet? how amazing is this td9 it was worth every dollar i spent on it.
Great job :). I bought the roland TD-9KX and I put my double pedal on it but I cant get a clear sound from it coz the bass drum triggers in the centre. Any tips for what I could do? settings?
Thanks!!....Simply connect your td9 at the audio input (Jack-Jack) of you pc and record your suond whit any software (Cubase, Sequoia,Cakewalk, ecc.....)
bravo anche se il tempo e' sempre lo stesso per tutti i generi che hai fatto...bello pero'. l'ho appena comprata anche io e mi arriva a settembre!!!!! ciao ciao

What's so much better about the TD-12KX in stead of the TD-9KX because TD-12KX is a lot more expensive.

So wheres the experiment part of it. Playing a beat doesn't really seem to be much of an experiment
