Right, I've just watched the video again to be sure. What you are seeing in this video is definately a combination of land on the horizon and intermittent low lying cloud off the coast of that land. If you notice, the'Tsunami' has an irregular height along its lenth, waves have a uniform height. that proves it is not a wave. More importantly, a Tsunami only rises up when the surge meets with the rising seabed as it nears land. therefore a Tsunami cannot reach that height in the open ocean, fact!
