they're all beautiful in their own way. lots of people get surgery to feel better about themselves or for jobs, fake parts are better for photos like small breasts because they just look better and are easier to manage in pics. also maybe its what they want to do. let them do it. why do you care?? as long as they are happy with themselves, happily married, and happily living life that is all that matters.
