The intensity of the sound gives me goosebumps. Thrilling to hear orchestras play. Small pauses give it a frenetic feel, which always delights me in a way, especially when in the mood, but this is definitely not easy-listening. An interesting experiment nevertheless, and I'm glad I could witness this even if I weren't there for the live act. :)

clearly some first-time aphex twin listeners here. were you expecting an immense symphony orchestra? from what i've heard of his work, there's maybe one or two albums at most i enjoy, but you have to approach it all with the mindset of him doing whatever he wants. what he did here seemed fun, it sounded like it was his stuff too, and it created quite the atmosphere. liking even somewhat experimental music does not make the hipster
