I do know that since sept. 11th the US citizens have seen much terror, on that day and since... The rights have been slowly eroded away thanks to the patriot act, people have lost homes thanks to bad loans, jobs thanks to a weaker economy, and now have higher taxes to look forward to thanks to the bailout... And last but not least, weaker purchasing power thanks to inflation which is only going to continue.

The terrorist organization would be the republican party. Terror starting with Ronald Regan. I am a citizen of this country and in my opinion the republican party is a terrorist organization. That is what I meant. I agree with some of what Ron Paul says, but he mixes politics in and loses all credibility. I do not trust him. He obviously feels he still needs them to maintain his office.

The John Birch Society has been fighting "New World Order" and the UN since the UN began. Ron Paul is highly respected by them.

You can read more about them on wiki heres a sentence "It promotes U.S. independence and sovereignty and opposes globalism, especially international regional groups such as the European Union or what the society claims is a proposed North American Union."

As for your opinion of RP, have you actually listened to him or are you going by second hand accounts?

I couldn't care less what the John Birch society is. If he is so much against these things why does he support a bacward political party instead of standing up for what's right? I am an indvidual I don't need or want groups to represent me. Ron Paul needs the republican party or he would be out next election. Eating cake and having it too. The republican party has been corrupt and in bed with corporations as long as he has been alive.

His values and all that he says are all very republican but are 1900 republican not 2008 republican. It just strikes me as amusing that a guy would really want first to be a gynecologist and then somehow develop aspirations to be president. He has no humility. He is a doctor who runs around lecturing while his party undermines society. The terrorist organization I am referring to is the republican party. He is a tool of his party.
