  • @AdamLake1 i think the americans were overscored too..

  • may i just add that the girl from romania that you are talking about (Sandra Izbasa) had the highest difficulty score on floor out of all the competitors? but anyway, we all know that alicia would've been in the floor ef's instead of nastia had she not fallen on night one.

  • Sandra Izbasa deserved the gold medal on floor, Nastia Liukin the gold on uneven bars, and Alicia Sacramone a medal on vault

  • I agree with him

  • Do you know how hard a full twisting double pike is??? no you dont!

Sandra DESERVED the gold on floor!

  • @jordynw6nastlfan1

as much as I love shawn and nastia, I agree with you. sandra was flawless and she really did deserve it.

  • You're so cool, love your personality and agree with most of what you said, but how can you not like the Chinese dance, Cheng and Jiang were great.

  • I love how you fawn about Shawn's double-twisting double back, and then you say you are not a fan of Chinese tumbling. CHENG FEI! She has probably the best Silivas I've ever seen.

Also, if you want to talk rip-off in the bars final, talk Yang Yilin.

  • Sanrda Izbasa's routine had an A score of 6.5, which was higher than either Shawn's or Nastia's. In addition to her routine being more difficult, she had a better execution score than Shawn. Sandra won FX fair and square (although if Cheng Fei hadn't been so rattled from vault, I think she could have put up a gold-medal-winning floor exercise).

  • IZBASA stuck her routine.did you see the stuck landings.izbasa deserved gold.

  • argg, everything was fair.

You dont make sense to me XD

  • sandra izbasa deserved the floor title!!

  • I do agree with you on the vault finals. Fei had 2 chances at Gold, and she made unfortunate errors. I feel the same with Pavlova, who was most definitely cheated during the vault. They could have overlooked her tiny mistake. Floor, however, I gotta admit Izbasa looked best. Shawn and Nastia both lacked the flair she had that night. Just because gymnastics is evolving doesn't mean every gymnast needs to mount with a G skill. It takes away the beauty

  • i agree with you

  • they should bring the perfect 10 back things were more fair back then but look at the new scoring system they have created for gymnastics today its pointless!!!! like on floor if they take a step on floor on their tumbling passes they will get deducted WTF!!! i understand putting the line in the middle of the vault mat that will make vaults look more spectacular but floor has changed alot!!!

  • yeah, but she's kinda starting to get out of shape now... have you watched the visa games? (they're today)

  • 1. Cheng fei totally deserved gold, she fell, do you know how she feels? She fell on floor and vault, her 2 chances for gold... and she worked 4 years for it, right now, even mentioning the olympics brings tears. if you have respect, then you would know how she feels.

    2. yang yilin was underscored, but nastia shouldn't get gold. there were 2 routines better than hers...

    3. in a more fair world, then Cheng Fei would win both vault and floor... and Yang Yilin bars, with he kexin second.

  • well they can't award gold medals for people who just fall that would be a bit unfair wouldn't it ?

  • You can't say Fei deserved gold ! An other day maybe. But the final was not unfair. She fells so she's got a deduction, and she lose the gold medal. That's logical.

  • I felt sorry for Nastia and I think there should be co-champions but i don't think He Kexin won because the judges were biased for the Chinese...many experts like Bart Conner think Yang Yillin was underscored but Bela went all crazy and it seem like that was.

  • The same tiebreaker rules have been in place before Beijing...

  • I honesty think that the new scoring system is so much better than the older system. :)

  • Buck, I love you for loving gymnastics.

And I love you for NOT thinking, that Alicia took the chance for the USA to win the gold medal in the team finals. You're great, keep it up.

  • well,im not familiar with the scoring system they used but i do know that when i did a few years back, (i wasnt in the olypics) it was just ussmaller teams but at large events when there couldnt b a tie..they desided who got the highr place based on who had the highest AA score..nd i thought that was pretty fair cosidering they earned that .}^]

but ya,it was kinda unfair..they must have had the judges on their side being that they were in there own country..hate that kind of baised situations!!

  • dude ur amazing. it takes a real man to obsess over nastiaa (:

  • Comment removed

  • yups your right

  • Nastia was under scroed

  • i remember in an interview that nastia said she didn't do the bar routine she was capable off so if nastia did the roiine she was capable off she would have betten He Kexin, by the way Yang Yilin's acore was way underscored and the other routine im lost with is Jonathon Horton's hugh bar routine in event finals he should have gotten gold over that chinese bloke????

  • yeah I see what you mean. Nastia and Yang Yilin were underscored because both did well in their landings but I personally feel He Kexin was overscored. I mean, look at the moment she shoots up to the high bar from the low one!!! Such a dead swing (is that what you call it?) and the other two had such flowing movement. However, I feel that the Chinese men's team did very well, winning seven out of eight possible golds. Oh well, never mind! =)

  • oh i thought it said nastia cheated

  • faaasho.

if it wasnt for nelli kim at all around night she wouldnt have won.

they were totally overscoring the chinese on all events. so nelli kim comes over to the judges table and told them to start scoring fairly to the other competitors. next up was nastia on beam , and then BAM. good score. i was happy :P

  • I do think Izbaza deserved the gold on floor. Her routine was amazing and and as a gymnast i really respected what she did. It was beautiful. I thought Kexin's routine deserved a slightly lower score than Nastia's but it was close enough where it was fair. HOWEVER, breaking a tie in the Olympics is just wrong. The Olympics is supposed to award the achievements of the best athletes in the world and if two athletes end in a tie, they should both be awarded with what they earned.

  • agreed on every point!

and they had joint medals in swimming! maybe not gold, but they deff had joint bronze so...

    ah !

    AND I'M NOT EVEN AMERICAN

    bugged me toooooo :p

  • 3:05 lol

  • it makes sense that they didn't want to award two gold medals, since the olympic medals are so special. i mean, those medals were two-tone, etc. and they had the name of the event on the back. what were they going to do? just run into the back room and whip up another gold medal? not practical.

  • Izbasa's routine deserved gold over Shawn Johnsons actually because SJ couldnt express herself artistically if her life depended on it....and thats prob why she won on floor!!!

  • that woulda been cool to have two golds, yang yilin in silver and beth with bronze

  • Same goes for the vault finals. Blame the new code of points, not the judges at the olympics! Sacramone was not cheated! The new scoring system allows athletes to place 1st, 2nd & 3rd even with huge mistakes or falls, in this case, Fei's difficulty on her vauls were higher than Alicia's. It's not right, but that's the way it is now. Anyone, remember Li Shanshan taking 2nd on BB at 07' worlds? I don't see any of you complaining about that...only when it's an American does it matter.

  • They have actual names. Their names are not "chinese girl" or "romanian girl". If you are going to critique their gymnastics you should at least know their names otherwise you lose all your credibility. Sandra Izbasa'a routine was harder than the others and she deserved to win.

  • Johnruss, you are yet another person who does not understand the sport, the judging or the code of points and difficulty value. The ONLY reason team USA had a chance to pass China was because of Cheng Fei's mistake on beam. It had nothing to do with Sacramone. The US as a team were already at a disadvantage difficulty wise on all 4 events compared to China, despite all the hype that the US media(NBC, etc) broadcasted. Sacramone's mistake only sealed the coffin for their 2nd place finish.

  • You people seriously need to get over it. Liukin was not cheated. The tiebreak rule was in affect before the Olympics began and it is still in affect months after the Olympics are over. What don't you understand about that? Kexin won fair & square. As for Izbaza winning gold...good! I'm glad. More fluid & artistic routine with solid landings on all. Did you take a look at Johnson's obvious step back on her 2nd pass?

  • Just because a rule has just ALWAYS been there doesn't mean it isn't retarded.

  • Yuri, in case you haven't noticed, that wasn't the point of this discussion. The owner of this video obviously has no idea how the sport of gymnastics works or else he wouldn't have made this video to begin with. The rule may be stupid but it is in place for a reason, to prevent ties & awarding two of the same color medals. If the new code of points was in affect at 96' Olympics, than either Wenjing or Chow would have taken the bronze....most likely Chow. You and the others need to get over it.

  • Ahh the paragraph essay writers.

Cute cute....but oh one more thing before I leave.

I never stated I had an all consuming problem with who got first, I only stated that the rule is retarded. Ill know next time to be totally clear so as not to incite another rant.

  • You call that an essay? You can't be that dense...

Anyway, my initial post was mainly for the owner of this thread who seemingly has no idea what he's talking about. One can count more deduction's in Liukin's routine than He's...starting with the cowboyed legged dismount. Don't get hissy with me just because you don't like the rules. Ps:since when is stating the obvious considered a "rant?"

  • couldn't agree with you more

  • the romanian girl won because her routine was a classic romanian routine.

shawn's was more powerful and american.

i liked shawn's more because she had character in it. the romanian didnt have much character in it.

  • Shawn es una buena gimnasta.... pero Ibaza fue superior...

  • well. i kinda noticed something weird at these games.

alot of the athletes were stepping out on on the floor.. except the chinese.

i know their only like 4'5 and stuff.

but since when the whole usa team step out?

someeething was up with that floor man.

    call me crazy, but whatteverr.

  • hell no...sandra izbasa totally freaking killed fx...i'm american and i totally loved her routine...basically all of her tumbling passes were stuck and clean and her routine was extremely difficult...sandra deserved it...as far as bars, i was very sad about that...i really wanted nastia to win...i do think that he kexin's routine was harder than nastia's, but nastia was cleaner...yang yilin's routine was just ok for me...it wasn't really that spectacular, but it was very clean :)

  • I know, Sandra Izbasa's routine is awesome, and unlike what Buck said, Sandra actually has a difficulty of 6.5 or something, while Shawn has 6.4 and Nastia a 6.2. As for bars, I was also kinda upset about the tie-breaking. All three medalists did a great job. I was trying judge their performance and I got the same score for all three of them. They all had their mistakes, though I think Yang Yilin's routine is the best cuz hers was the cleanest. Her routine seems easy but it has many hard turns.

  • omg! buck speeks gym!!! =)

  • nastia's floor in event finals was the best one she had done in the whole olympics! it was soo good she should have won floor. and bars dont even get me started, nastia should have one. and shawn's beam score in finals was too high. nastia's routine was the weakest of hers during the olympics, but shawn's didn't deserve that high of a score.

  • I really wanted Nastia to win bars (and as far as I'm considered she deserved to tie with He) but in all honesty I feel Yang Yilin had the best routine on bars of the night yet ended up with bronze. I agree with floor final! I think Nastia should have won-she had the best overall quality imo.

  • yeah yang yilin's routine was amazing too. she should have had a way better score.

  • I agree the tie breaking is B.S, if anyone was robbed it was Yang Yilin, and as far as floor goes, I think the standings were correct even though I'm not a big fan of Izbasa, Nastia didn't win floor because of her A-score is lowere than the other two and she had form problems in her tumbling.

  • the chinease girl won. didnt it take place in china? Figures.

  • ok im gonna try this again cuz i had some spelling errors cuz i didnt check. lol

  • 1st off, im american too!

    1. vault. the chinese girls start value was difficulty 6.5 alicias other vault is 5.8 thats 0.7 difference. the chinese girl DID NOT FALL! she put her hands down. that does NOT count as a fall. its 0.5 deducation, NOT 0.8 (fall) so its as if her start value is 6.0. still higher and there werent really that many other deductions. her other vault was also higher diffucutly than alicias 1st so that gives her even more edge. 6.5 + 6.5 = 13. alicia 5.8+6.3 = 12.1 so 0.9

  • 2. floor. the romanians start value was higher. the dance elements and tumbelling all added up and it was MORE difficultt overall than shawn and nastias. and she did everything quite well, so there you go. and shawns slit jumps are terrible and she bends kneas in dance and just it not too graceful. nastia IS gracefull, but her star value is lower. so she can get a great B scre (execution) but the A score (start value) is lower so add the 2 up and the result is her getting 3rd.

  • ugh it made me soo mad when Nastia didn't win gold she totally should have i wanted to scream

  • Nastia's my favorite but imo Yang Yilin should have won bars gold, Nastia silver, and HE bronze. Unfortunately Olympic and World finals in gymnastics often seems to be used as a time to 'gift' certain gymnasts from certain countries.

  • continued: For example Nelli Kim imo was gifted with spot in event finals over Yelena Davidova (who should have been in FX finals and won gold). Kim was basically handed a retirement present-FX Gold at the 1980Olympics-sadly the same could be said for one of my all-time favorite gymnasts Nadia Comaneci and her 1980 gold on beam. I believe Natalia Shaposhnikova should have won it.

  • Sandra opened with a full in pike, which is harder than tucked. I do think Sandra deserved the gold on floor. I was SO pissed when Nastia lost gold on uneven bars. I mean, they could at least tie them. Oh well. Nastia won the all around so I was pretty happy.

  • there's no reason to call someone dumb just because she has a different opinion than you do.

  • That's the only problem with gymnastics. Your not really competing against the other gymnasts, your competing against the judges and what they find "beautiful" or "acceptible".

  • wow so true, you worded that perfectly

  • I think Nastia Liukin is THE best gymnast and im glad she won gold. She is strong but flexiable and she can use both qualities to make it look good other then shawn who is just strong I HATE her gymnastics

  • yea..the fuckin chinese suk bolas

  • I love how you say you don't like the style of the chinese at the end(sarcasm). The chinese style is what female gymnastics should be. Toned, elegant, and artistic. It isn't sapose to be like male gymnastics(Shawn Johnson and most of the American Team). And there dance is amazing. The only gymnast on the american team that could dance was Nastia. The only other thing I have to critic is the floor final. The results were completly correct.

  • If I remember correctly the gold medalist had a more difficult routine than Shawn. I believe her's was a 6.7 when Shawn's was a 6.6. She also had beautiful dance, unlike Shawn who had limited, terrible dance and strange music. And she also had flexibilty which all gymanstic fans know, Shawn doesn't.

  • Nastia Liukin is hot

  • maybe your subconsciously believing the US is better because your cheering for them. I don't know, it's possible.

  • It is fine. I know I am a Chinese and I was cheering for China but i will explain some stuff. Nastia was amazing, but He Kexin was hen hao. (Wo ai Kexin.) The tie system was established before these olympics games. so you can't say they cheated. I love China..but that isn't why i think it's fair. There is a video if you want to check it out that explains the tiebreaker....so if you would like, check it out. hope i didn't say anything rude...just trying to help explain some things!!!

  • He Kexin won so why do you think YAng should have won!?!?

  • Well neither one did! He Kexin did! But I am NAstia all the way!

  • If you watched the floor final, you can tell on everyone's faces that Izbasa had clearly won the gold before the score was even announced...you can tell on Shawn's worried face that she knew she had already been beaten the moment Izbasa successfully landed her last jump.

  • omg u actualy said liukin right YAY

  • why should a judge have to explain herself?

They don't have to explain themselves in any other judging situation.

See my post above RE: FX scoring. The scoring at the Olympics was on the whole, fine.

American's only moan about it when their athlete doesn't come out on top.

Is anyone moaning that Nastia got a full 6.7 A-Panel score on BB in the AA, when it was CLEAR that she didn't make her Onodi-Wolf FUll connection?

    No. Because she is American.

  • watch?v=0z4wb42T1KU&feature=related

  • omg ppl are making such a big influence on this event when ppl say certain athletes won a medal and this other person was 5 seconds behind well i'd honestly like to see these ppl race the person who was 5 seconds behind before jumping to conclusions about nastia was cheated it was only a dumb mistake and in my opinion china made up for it in the opening ceremony which was excellent soooooo dont boast about nastia liukin was cheated!!!!

  • they already told nastia why she didnt get gold u dumbass. perhaps u aint heard of a tie breaker

  • the point is he kexin won. the end.

and whats more, most ppl who are argueing over this STILL believe that he kexin is underage.

WHO THE FUCK CARES?? SHE IS AN AMAZING GYMNAST AND BECAUSE U IDIOTS ARE SORE LOSERS UR BLAMING IT ON HER AGE. IF SHE IS ACTUALLY YOUNGER WE SHOULD ALL BE STARING AT HER IN AMASEMENT THAT SHE COULD BEAT SOMEONE OLDER THAN HER AND "MORE EXPERIENCED" jesus fuck people. get a fucking life.

  • Yeah, in the next olympics you will see He kexin competing for the united shit of america. If you can't beat em', if you can't produce a decent gymnasts of your own, bring foreign gymnasts by the dozen, give them citizenships and pay them millions of dollars!

  • where are you coming from? that is so irrelevant! what does that have to do with anything? obviously the us produces amazing gymnasts of our own

stick to the topic at hand: the tiebreaker is unfair

  • yer i totally agree with u but i believe it is only a mistake.the USA made such a big influence about this and there where people thinking china should never have held the olympics but im like get a load of this stuff if china didnt hold the olympics michael phelps would have never have won 8 gold medals

  • Does united shit of americans actually think the entire world give a shit about a commie russian immigrant with huge forehead? Maybe three of her toothless cracker fans on youtube who never follows the international gymnastics would probably think she is some kind of goddess of gymnastics. I have never heard of this thing until the olympics. Why are US WAG team look so fat, old and wrinkly? I have never seen a bunch of 18 yr old chicks who looked like 32 yr olds.

  • Mr. Buckley you are 100% right. If Nastia didn't win, it should have been a tie. The new Olympic scoring system is not easier. In the United States, gymnasts win two of the same medal. Oh well, she was robbed. Excellent video! GO NASTIA!!!! GO USA!!!

  • amen yo

    dumb cockeyed chink muthafuckas

  • Before spouting this shit on youtube, you really need to UNDERSTAND gymnastics and UNDERSTAND the Code of Points.

The 'Romanian girl that won floor' had a MORE DIFFICULT routine than both Shawn Johnson AND Nastia Liukin.

    FACT.

Just taking the mount as an indicator of difficulty is stupid. WHat about the WHOLE REST of the routine. Izbasa had a 5/2 punch front layout full. A 3/1 full. Nastia dismounted with a 5/2. And SJ's leaps got heavily deducted RIGHTLY SO.

    Inform yourself please.

  • its no wonder why everyone in the world see u yanks as sore losers. u fuckerz believe nastia deserve gold medal becuz shes erm...an american citizen and not chinese...and shes white. if u cant decide it by tie breakers then what? by their heights? lmao.

just know that u yanks got owned by china in both olympics and paralympics ahahahaha!!

  • ummmmmmmmm how about performance? they got the same score. Give out two golds! stupid IOC!

  • clearly u dont understood what tie breaker is

  • wtf are you doing? why are you being rude to me? I'm just saying why i don't like tiebreakers

the medals should be decided by PERFORMANCE and not stupid tiebreakers. if two gymnast are equally good, give them the same medal. it's not fair that they allow ties in other olympic sports but not in gymnastics

  • i totally agree with gymnast08ia. i'm chinese too, and i feel that the tiebreaker system is rather unfair. i believe if this situation had he kexin in the same position as nastia liukin there would still be an uproar over it, and hcn9 would not be gloating and being rude here, especially making an illogical argument to defend your country people. (:

  • Lmao! I agreee and what does IOC mean?

  • amen

  • reminds me of the movie stick it

  • funny you say that cos Nastia was in that film :P

  • so friggen true.they said the chinese girl cheng fei's or he kexin (who is UNDERAGE) difficulty level was harder and nastia got the silver.china calls the usa cheaters cuz of the whole medal thing.china said they got the most gold and usa said they got the most medals total.i went to beijing for the olympics =)

  • LOL when did china call USA cheaters becuz of the whole medal thing? u do know that most countries including UK put the medal table ranked by gold while america put it on total to make themself as first on table. even the IOC list the table by gold. u americans really are sore losers

  • I agree with you. The whole "tie-breaker" was complete crap.

  • Nastia was better than the chinc by a texas mile.

    He sucked a fat one.

  • no..the chinese girl was way better than that honkey

  • 100% AGREE!!!! As for the Bars finals, yes, the tie breaker is dumb and convoluted and totally stupid, but THERE SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN ONE!!!! Nastia won that gold medal on her own!! She didn't NEED a tie breaker!! She had a few mistakes, so did He Kexin, but the latter was BARELY deducted for hers at all!! not to mention the fact that a totally clean Nastia on Bars would own a totally clean He: her style and line on that event is incomparable to anyone competing today! Most definitely ROBBED!!!!!

  • wow! i officially love you... *subscribes*

  • no i don't think ur over reacting she deserved a gold

  • Damn right.

  • well even if she did get a gold medal it wouldn't make a difference in the placings of each country china won although i am no fan of china go aussie because although a an 1/2 chinese aussie is my life and i got an awesome life here

go nastia show china at the next event

    always next time

    cyaz

  • be happy she got silver and she always got next time

get ovr it just 3 lil winey things gone wrong at this olympics and every country makes an absolute fit its stupid

  • JUST GET OVER IT!

  • the judging is weird in gymnastics but the judging is mostly they judges opinion a girl can win like 5 medals and another girl can get 1 medal and the girl with one medal can win, its weird and messed up but thats gymnstics

  • I TOTALLY agree with you! We were totally jipped! And I seriously don't understand the scoring system as well! Why would they do something like this?!?! It was a lot better to keep the perfect 10. I SERIOUSLY hate it!

  • i agree about everythinge except the floor stuff. other than that 100% awesome.perfect tens were epic. the new system sucks. i think that falls should totally be a bigger decuction. start values whould have a maximum. he kexin should either have been disqualified, but i think next thime there should be no age limit. what the rebe.

  • well he KExin SUCKS!!!!!

  • the scoring is bullshit nastia shoulda got it

  • Damn right.

  • US and the sore loser staff. I can't stop be amazed by that.

If the tie braker should have awarded the gold to NAstia you wouln't be complaining, as nobody complains to Hamm"s gold in 2004. On top of that, The best execution was Yang Yilin's, she deserves the gold. Nastia Liukin has a lot of break forms and an atrocious dismount, bronze would have been more appropiated.

Jiang Yuyuan deserves the bronze on FX more than Nastia with her tricky twisting, cowboyed saltos, etc...

  • i know EXACTLY how you feel. Except about men's figure skating. at the last olympics i became obsessed. and the new point system...don't even get me started. i understand.

  • yeah yea..just be lucky liukin is competing for USA while she could do it for RUssians!!!!!!

  • Are you on tv with your own show?. Well, you should be, with that talent. Thx.

  • the new code didnt give nastia the silver, the IOC uses a tiebreaker b/c in the past olympics there were many gymnastics ties. i agree that alicia should've medaled and nastia and he should've tied. but i dont agree with what u said about floor, sandra's routine didnt have super hard skills but she had many connections, which is why she had the biggest difficulty score. btw who would've thought nastia would make the floor final, let alone medal!

  • i agree with you but nastia was overlooked on floor how ever if alicia wouldnt have fallen i dought shed be in there. Still anways i only got -.9 tenths off nastias routine. I think her score should have been higher.

  • yea, after her injury a lot of ppl forgot nastia was good on floor. if she'd have stuck the landing(on bars) i think that would've given her that 0.1 to beat He.

  • ON FX? A even higher score? Just the cowboyed double salto is a 0.4 (O.3 legs wide open, 0.1 flexed feet). Then she crossed legs in at least 3 twisting passes for 0.1 deduction each. She fell out of her double turn (0.1), and takes small steps to control landings 2 times (0.1 each), on her rudi she lands without complete rotation and feet slight opened (that's a 0.1+0.1 or even a downgrade element). That puts her at least below 15.200. Jiang Yuyuan should have taken at least the bronze

  • No I wasnt talking about floor, nastias routine was amazng and idk what your talking about because they were beautiful.

I was talking about her bar routine. I think she should have gotten a 16.8 :/

  • I so agree with you. It looked like the judges were biased on the chinese and scored the Americans really hard. I was so mad I cried the night Nastia got silver on uneven bars! It seemd really unfair and the Chinese gymnast had shaky move and a little sloppyness and got the same score as Nastia?

    I

    WAS

    PISSED

  • i love you

  • nastia was amazingg!!!! the chinese were NOT 16 and thats why im angry. i saw the all around finals and team finals and i was like "no. just no." Seriously, the whole thing is effed up. the chinese girls are not 16. how stupid do they think we are?

  • ok. i'm american too. and if you're pissed, i was beyond pissed! i hated china, and i just want to f-ing smack them. but you guys really have to let it go and wish that they pull it off in the next olympics. and don't worry i totally agree with you, but we really have to let it go, and us being pissed and talking hellu smack about chinese, (which i agree that she's underage), just starts the chinese people to say that we are not sports to other team and all those sh-t. and it starts the chaos.

  • ok so my message is reall long so i had to cut it. and when the chaos starts, then everybody are going to talk hellu shit about other country. and people outside united states are saying that us americans always find a way just to get the gold. there's always an issue if we don't take home the gold. and that hurts me. so. and btw, nastia did awesome.

  • But Izbasa deserved the floor gold ...

  • lol I'm a little late aren't I? Trust me I was beyond pissed at the time and friends/family thought I was overreacting too. But yea I'm definitely w/you on this (and I won't even mention the f-ing age scandal*&#*$#^$*) They clearly favored the Chinese gymnasts & Nastia definitely deserved the gold for uneven bars. Like you said she delivered a much more solid performance. The IOC really pulled some serious bullshit. I felt Russia's Ksenia Semenova got robbed too, big time =(

  • nastia should have won its not fair!

  • I totally agree. Nastia and Shawn just about set the mates on fire!!! And so such, is the nature of sports and who gives a shit on how many medals nastia has one. U win that many because u ARE that damn good...

  • Dude your 100% right!!!!!

  • i was very very upset

  • O.K!!! Nastia had way less deductions in her UB routine in EF in the Beijinj Olympics. He KExin did not swing her her handstands and did not stick her dismount. Acutally took a side step which is like 3 tenths. Plus her Oano's were not in the nadstand position. And that new tie breaker crap is so weird. Why drop the lowest score. They should have both gotten gold of Nastia should have takin gold. Plus He KExin at another competition was reported as 14. So HUH?????? Olympics at China haha never!!

  • i saw that it was sooooooo ufair!!! i luv Nastia and Shawn i luv them!! i was screaming 2!!! 4 like HOURS!!!
