My father was a major in the army stationed at Fort Bliss in El Paso, Texas in 1957. I was 6 years old. every once in awhile I would have contact with small greys that would bring me something, One thing was very similar if not the same to the one device that pretty much looks today like the long lighters we use to start charcoal. The device was basically multi purpose. A lower setting would accelerate healing and why he gave it to me to use.
