What would you call this type of animation? I used to love watching similar animations that where in Gaelic and German when I was young. They were mainly fairytales. Does anyone know what I mean? And does anyone know where I could find them? I'd love to see them again.
stop motion animation with puppets.. hows that? haha i kno what you is talkin about.. i remember hansel and gretal ... bleh.. go see works by tim burton such as the night before christmas
I saw it on March 26 too! It was so captivating. I couldn't tear myself away. It's so well-made and I love the detail and attention put into the puppets. I love Peter's eyes too.
hahaha we watched it in art class cuz we're making masks for the drama kids [who are, oh so coincedentally putting on Peter and the Wofl] and i was freaking scarred for life XD
Not that I don't like it, it's too sad Hollywood won't make much cartoons to show before movies anymore, and it's also sad to not let the few have a nomination.
I never had caught the revivals of Looney Tunes, and Paramount haven't made shorts since the "CatDog" pilot that was shown before the first Rugrats movie....

Does anybody know a series of similiar animations called "Tales of European children" or sth like that ...
There was an old, greyhaired guy with a dog ... and he told stories i.e. about a Frogman paddling the lake etc .. I saw it in early 90's

I missed this performance. Darn it! Will it ever come on again? Or does anyone know where to find it on the internet for me to watch?
