well it depends what program you have.. basicly get a movie editor import the images and then add custom zooms from one place to a different place and stretch the image over time (how long it shows for) and have the zoom from one location to the other last that amount of time.. if u want zoomed in to zoomed out the first location would be the center zoomed and second would be the center un zoomed.. you can change it from the center and thats how he gets the view to move across the picture.
