I don't think its just that he didn't meet expectations, but the communication and the lack at the end of the year. Took 2 days off after each match towards the end of the season, losing major matches that led to not meeting expectations. Not being able to communicate to some of the teammates i think were an issue, for me, i didn't know what he was saying sometimes.

Ancelotti should have been able to atleast stay another season and finish out his contract and show us what he has learned from this season. We're (Chelsea/fans) never going to find a good manager because no one is given enough time to settle in and get their bearings because as soon as they mess up they are out and it shouldn't be like that. @ROBERTO2311 im sorry but ranieri did not 'waste' romans money. yes there were some shit buys like mutu and veron, but crespo i wouldnt call a waste, 34 goals in 2 season aint bad. but apart from that he bought J cole, glen johnson, wayne bridge, Duff, Makelele (his best buy imo). and although they signed when jose was manager, ranieri also agreed fees for Arjen Robben and Petr Cech. He did not waste it.

Guus Hiddink is a ok manager but not as good Anceloti.Abramovitch forgets what Ancelotti did for Chelsea in his first season.Not to mention his time at AC Milan,a serie A title,2 champions league titles(Holy Grail for Abramovitch) and a runner up medal,1or2 Coppa Italia and a super cup, and most of that came with older players. I don't think its just that he didn't meet expectations, but the communication and the lack at the end of the year. Took 2 days off after each match towards the end of the season, losing major matches that led to not meeting expectations. Not being able to communicate to some of the teammates i think were an issue, for me, i didn't know what he was saying sometimes.

Don't want to annoy you further Anto, but I think it's never good for a club to keep changing manager. Chelsea have changed far too much recently for a top team. Liverpool changed from Rafa to Hodgson which was a disaster but now they can be back on track with Kenny. Fergie has been with Man.U for years and they've had so much success. Even though Arsenal haven't had the best season, I can't see anyone in a better position at Emirates than Wenger. He's won them a lot in the past. Keep ur manager
