  • Unions are criminal organizations run by thugs. I speak from long term PERSONAL experience with a Teamsters insider. He was the son of a Los Angeles Teamsters official and became a criminal because he thought he was entitled to do anything he pleased. ANYTHING. He is dead now of heart disease. Good riddance to him and to all union officials. The capacity to do good is not the RIGHT to do evil. Burn in hell, you SOBs.

  • The anti-EFCA side is always full of bizarre, I mean truly bizarre hyperbole about the bill. It's as if they have no true understanding of the bill at all and are just making stuff up.

Thanks, its like how can people be so dumb as to think the top 3% that control Washington with their money are looking out for the little guys, then they have the gall to blame the middle class for job loss, and the wing nuts of the working class eat it up.

I was telling DerektheDuctTape that CEOs are being paid over 900 times more then the average worker and by his comments I thought he was one of the 3% guys that made over 250k

  • Great stuff Flux! Keep on spreading the TRUTH!

  • And this was his reply

I only make 15000 a year. I would expect the CEO or other owners to make more than workers. If I were a CEO or an owner of a major corporation, I want to keep atleast, a million for my self, otherwise it is not worth it to deal with these people. IT is very easy to support unions when you don't have to deal with them.

  • WTF this guy is making 15k a year and he is sticking up for CEOs go figure

  • Under current law governing the first contract process, there is no effective penalty for refusing to bargain with newly certified union representatives. As a result, employers may stonewall the first contract and effectively block the benefits of a labor union. A recent study found that 34 percent of union election certifications do not result in a contract for workers.

  • MYTH: EFCAs mediation/arbitration guidelines will force unwanted contracts on employers and employees.

REALITY: EFCA does not force unwanted first contracts on parties acting in good faith; the legislation, however, would give parties an incentive to come to the bargaining table.

  • EFCA is about the needs of the majority not 5 out of a 1000 people. Right to work is about dividing the work force and denying working family any political power. The working class sees right through your scare tactics and we will stay organized and grow stronger thanks.
