I have just seen one in Erie, Pa. in the eastern sky, it did the same thing, looked like a bird at first, then a flying man with wings, or something, it was going on an incline slowly up into a dark cloud but never came out. Freakish thing. I think it's unlikely to be a drone though cause of the totally odd shape, what would be the reason for all those spikes, it's not like there are other sightings of similar shaped things. Therefore probably a specially made balloon.

Appears to be genuine undoctored footage I'm impressed..you have to watch 50 videos before you get to something seemingly credible such as this.I would imagine its some kind UAV, its not of terrestrial origin I assume. everyone points the finger to the US with new technology but in this instance there would be no benefit to fly over Brazil for the purpose of monitoring, it could easily be done from the ground without jeopardising its covert existence
