lvl 9's have better reflexes than the PROs, but they grab way too much act really dumb in certain situations and are easy to edge guard, basically play them if you wanna get your reflexes up but thats about it. Some of the combos that have been made by PRO players don't even work on 9's because they escape out of em, while PROs can't o_0 Ya I know.

A level 9 has incredible reflexes and can keep doing the A attack over and over again without fail. A character as slow as Bowser in such a small place has no chance. Also the explosion didnt help.
