Aaaw, I really found your comment so cute! Shukria! Yes we do celebrate Eid like this but not quite as filmy I guess. But the moon sighting, the clothes and the happiness pictured here is definitely Eid like. The dress Sonam is wearing is typical for Muslims of Southasia, as you probably know. It´s a pishwaaz (also called Anarkali frock) and I think hers is made from chenille. But instead of a traditional churidaar, she´s wearing a flared trouser.
