  • Good luck for this year guy, it's your passion for bikes and racing along with your personality that has won you so many fans I'm coming over for the first time this year and bringing my two boys Jake(13) and brad (2).

  • Crazy Martin

  • This year Guy you deserve it mate, you my friend are a top bloke.

  • I enjoy the TT videos, the professionalism of the riders, and above all the skill of these riders around the course. I do not race, but I can still appreciate the 100% effort of everyone involved in the event. Racing on two wheels takes a real special person with incredible abilities.

  • he talks funny

  • When he has his helmet on his hair nearly comes down over his eyes LOL need to get that trimmed shortly. Cool dude

  • whats he sayin???

  • i dont understand shit.......

  • guy is great guy)

  • guy is on a suzuki, bout fucking time !

  • @freedomsoldier187 Suzuki's aren't that great. My opinion anyway.

  • @HazaRDReBorn you don't know shit. My opinion anyway.

  • @freedomsoldier187 I was polite enough to deserve a better comment mate. Don't get your panties in a knot. It's a matter of opinion and I can back up my reasoning for my opinion as well. Take a chill pill. Suzukis aren't that great...

  • @HazaRDReBorn Nah I don't think you were, anyone that comes straight out with that type of comment is looking for an argument. Now you say you can "back up" your reasoning, see clearly looking to start something.

I'll end it here by saying are you one of the 1% of riders in the world that can ride any 1000 to its maximum ? I'll answer it for you "no". So really it comes down to what you like.

  • @freedomsoldier187 your point is fair and valid and yes it is mostly what you like. but that is not entirely true. even without taking a bike to it's 100% potential the reality remains that some bikes are better in tight handling, others in power, others in more wide handling (I hope the translation in my head for that term is right) etc. You don't need to reach 100% to feel the weaknesses and strengths that are not related to personal likes due to riding style.

  • @HazaRDReBorn Well no I disagree again, this argument is only valid if you take

stock bikes and compare them to stock bikes.

If you take all the 1000's turn it into track bike, put the same tyres, same suspension, same brakes and setup the same for your riding style, unless you are the 1% that can squeeze them to their maximum will you find their strengths and weaknesses.

  • @freedomsoldier187 Well you actually proved my point. Track bikes have even smaller margins between them. Therefore even more the reason why one can't say that one bike is better than the rest. I figured you spoke of your impression of the Suzuki from stock and I commented on stock levels. If you where referring to track bikes then it really makes an even smaller difference which bike you pick, it is really up to what the team puts together...

  • @HazaRDReBorn Yeah but the only time your gonna use a stock bike is on the street, and there is no where you can take a 1000 to its maximum on the street, so it's irrelevant.

  • @freedomsoldier187 perhaps you are right. that depends on where you live. Most bikers I know here are every now and then at a track (not me myself it's too costly at the moment) and there are enough places here (street wise) to reach your own limits at the least as well.

  • @freedomsoldier187 Some general characteristics are agreed on by the many riders. These characteristics don't change, the only thing that changes is that one rider says I liked that characteristic and the other says I didn't. Your comment sounded like taking a Suzuki would make such a difference that it would give easier wins, something which isn't true. Unless of course I understood your comment wrong to begin with.

  • @freedomsoldier187 also, u said "anyone that comes... . ...is looking for an argument" is untrue and I am sorry if that is the only type of people you have met on youtube. You made a statement, I stated my opinion on it. An argument? Yes. But not a "u suck f.u and u dont know shit" kind of argument. An argument can also be a conversation of opposing opinions. The whole "my opinion anyway" is usually enough to get someone to realize that the writer isnt coming at him hot and guns blazing.

  • @freedomsoldier187 all i wanted to do was say my opinion to what you said and not offend you, its simply an opinion. I wasnt having a go at you... That is why I found your answer (you dont know shit) to be inappropriate. Thats all.

  • He looks like a love child between Denis Leary and Wolverine (-:

But..., without a doubt he must be the coolest bloke alive!!!

  • guy is one the most real person i've seen in a long time--no pretense, no bullish*t!

  • I think he's clever. He professes to hate the limelight, he's a everyday, joe shit the rag man, but everyone knows, and he must do himself, that he's a bit different. A bit fucking awesome. I love how he wears this fame though,. like Jonny Wilko after the rugby world cup. the media is enticing him to spill all, but he's like "fuck you, you'll hate my guts when it suits you" Love this dude!

  • the chair is specially designed to accomodate large balls

  • For anyone who think TT riders are cranky, it's because it's hard to talk with their titanium balls hanging between their legs..

  • if he realy doesn't like all the attention then he needs to stop being such a TOP BLOKE .

  • @blobby1972 I cannot agree more mate Guy Martin is top class.
