Ho Hum... Nice corprate identity video - but where are the "idiot proof" guides to building your first page, getting basic stuff working, how to redesign the front end "look and feel" ?
You are losing business because 'most' folk find it opaque and difficult on day one - and you provide VERY few "easy entry" tutorials / videos etc and we are left with something we can't use (even badly). There's no "chit chat" amongst users because you have no hosted forum !!!
@BoredOfBills we are currently revamping the Frog Community site to contain lots of how-do-I videos that will cover basic to advanced tasks. This will be ready after BETT.
