  • if u read the original cinderella story..and if disney put that one into a moive.. it would have been rated R o.o its as bad as saw! lol

  • I am crying now... it is an amazing ending, oh my god... but so depressing yes. But good job, it looks good.

  • Man that would have sucked if it ended like this, I would be such a depressed person if this happened lol...

    oh god I'm going to go cry now ;_;

  • Geez, reminds me how the real story of the Little Mermaid is incredibly depressing because she doesn't woo the prince in time and ends up as seafoam for all of eternity.

Thank you Disney for not doing these things to small children and scarring them for life :I

    (Great editing btw)

  • great ending know make areal die

  • Well that is what Belle gets for beastiality.

  • What a downer!

  • Indeed... that would have been a very sad ending... lol

I still prefer its original end... eheh =D

  • very well edited, I could believed it was the ending of the film!

  • a million and one hearts would have shattered if this was the ending.x

  • @megamoosh24 More than a million and one.. :S

  • How does the Beast have a shadow in the black of night?

  • I would've been sad. Though in reality it does make it more realistic... I am a sucker for happy endings though..

  • Wow, i have seen this movie a dozen times and never noticed that the Beast has horns...

  • This would have made the movie true art, instead of a children's flick.

  • Don't hate me, but I kinda like this ending better than the real one...I'm emo...LOL...

  • Very good editing, but I'm glad this isn't the canon ending.

  • borrowing my sisters account...

I'm torn at this because I kinda like the sad ending, But I would have just hated it if that was how it ended.

Very good editing, It looks like it could have been an actual ending.

  • Would anybody like this movie if that's how it actually ended??

  • @MusicSnob7 I would, but since it's Disney, the happy ending is more suitable.

  • question: what's the song right at the ending?

i know it's a stupid question... but still!

  • @liyalovesyou1998 You hear it at the beginning of the prologue in the movie, and in the Broadway version, it's jammed in the middle of "If I Can't Love Her." Take your pick.

  • OK, there is a reason that this is a classic kid's movie. That reason is that the Beast lives!!!!

  • I gotta say that was actually pretty cool! I could see that being an actual ending on the dvd or bluray. As an option, great job!

  • nice job :)

  • hahahaha!!!!

    i like it!!!!!!

    the best

  • how dramatic.. :'( nice job though..

  • the 30 people who dislike this video, are apart of the angry mob that got chased out of the castle

  • @bloodywanker49 Hahahahaha yeah!

  • you just cut the video and you say you made it O.o

for all dont like happy ending: l dont know why you dont like it maybe your childhood was awful disney not try to make fake things they just want to teach us life is good and its help many generation of children to grew up !

if you dont like please dont do things like this anymore

    GO F*CK with your won bored =;

  • @bloodywanker49 Haha exactly! And it wouldn't be such a happy ending for Disney. :)

  • NOOOOO!!!.....*tear*

  • great timing belle! >=(

  • That actually wasnt too bad

  • @loveislikeakiss Yes, a long time ago they were, but now they are used more for teaching kids, and not necessarily by frightening them.

  • Uhh...that was not a very good ending

  • @bloodywanker49 Yeah, Ariel would have her tongue cut out and she would really have died in the end, Hercules would end up killing his wife and kids, Simba (who's based off of Hamlet) would die by poisoning, Pocahontas would be about 12 years old when she saves John Smith (while he himself remains 30 or so). And don't even get me started on how The Hunchback of Notre Dame would have turned out. Those poor kiddies would be having nightmares!

  • @PianoDisneygal10 Fairy tales usually were ment to give kids fright for the world

  • @PianoDisneygal10 Lol! Not to mention the step sisters would have they're eyes pecked out by birds (after cutting of some of they're own toes just to fit the slipper), the evil Queen from Snow white had a worst punishment than in the movie (like being forced to dance in red hot metal shoes until you dropped dead), and Sleeping beauty was basicaly raped in her sleep by her "prince" and then she got pregnant, had twins, and only woke up after one of them sucked the spindle from her finger.

  • @PianoDisneygal10 Yes those poor kids would have nightmare and might even be scarred for life. And I'm sure Diseny would have been sued and went into bankruptcy because no one would buy their movies, The End! XD

  • @bloodywanker49 the one talking like you was not fully educated, poor your childhood without disney and poor your parent :(

  • Frankly if Disney stayed true to all the Fairy Tales they did, then they probably wouldn't be nearly as popular as they are now. And it probably wouldn't be considered "For kids". And it would be the kind of company many people would avoid...And I certainly wouldn't want to go to their theme park! LOL

  • @bloodywanker49 Wraith: *slaps a hand over your mouth, looks around paranoid* Shhh, don't ever say 'Their' name out loud *shudders* the horrors they perpetrate, it's censorship gone mad I tell you. Mad!

One Piece barely got away from them with its life, but *puts hand over heart and shakes head* poor Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh didn't make it.

Don't say anything that might give 'Them' an idea.

Reaper: *sighs* Paranoid much? 4Kids only go after Anime. God you're Insane.

    Wraith: You said 'Their' name!

  • @WraithReaper09 Lol! Completely aggree with you though! XD

  • LOL people, you do realize this video isnt real right?

  • Good ending but not a good ending

  • that would have actually been a good ending, but obv its a disney film so theres always a happy ending.

  • This would have ruined my childhood forever. Not to mention screwed with my head. Beauty and the Beast was the movie I watched every day if possible. Having Beast die wouldve messed me up from the start.

  • Even though I still enjoy the original ending, I think the always happy oh-don't-worry-he-doesn't-really-die thing kind of messed me up...I had never understood funerals or the finality of death because of those stories, and subconsciously, I think I still don't.

  • @Rockkettbot But the villans almost always die, and those were almost always final....

  • @bloodywanker49 Yeah, the bad guy stays dead...but then again, my grandfather wasn't exactly villain material.

  • Whaatttt ?????!!! But it's terribly sad !

  • I like it. He goes out with more dignity.

  • Totally in love with this ending. Very Brian K. Vaughan-ish. For a similarly and equally heartbreaking finale read Brian K. Vaughan's Y: The Last Man comic book. If you don't cry you must be emotionally numb.

  • you ruined my childhood we want all happy endings! or end this video altogether!

  • Damn, I would have been hella mad if it ended like this.

  • You know, no matter how many times I watch the original movie, and even though I've read several versions of the tale with more or less the same ending, my heart nearly stops at the point where the beast seems to have died.

  • OH MY GOD i would have bawled my eyes out this is so depressing omg

  • Believe it or not. it would have been an epic this way

  • I would have sued disney for emotional trauma

  • lol wow.. depressing.

  • I know that this didn't happened but if it did. Man I would be so pissed off @ Disney. Thank God that wasn't the way it ended

  • oh my gosh. hahahahaha

  • I'm glad they changed the ending! This was too sad

  • Damn.

  • NOOOOO!!

  • All us 80's baby would been messed up if it would have ended like that....

  • Comment removed

  • D: WTF??!!!! no no no 3: D: this made me cry O:

  • If it had ended this way it would have been so much more French. :)

  • @XieYali Why would it be French?

  • @andana3 French movies are notorious for tragic endings instead of happy ones. Not even tragic, but realistic to the point of depressing for most people who are used to Hollywood cliche happy endings. :)

  • Comment removed

  • @andana3: B&tB is a French-originated fairytale, that's why.

  • I...would've....punched....someone if it ended like this!

  • that is depressing

  • this movie scares the shit out of me!

  • If that had been the ending I would have been gutted! Glad they changed it!!!

  • WTF... i agree completely with the top comments! That would have ruined the movie and my childhood! And i would have been pissed! ...Like, he just dies tragicaly? And all the good furniture like the candlestick, the clock and the teapot would never have been Human Again! how very depressing.... I can't imagine Disney (Happy Ending Captial of Stories) would have ever even Considered to close on such a horrible note. This must be an edited video to show the possibility..however much it sucked!

  • i seriously thought i was gonna get rick rolled or something but then the dislike bar would have been red also

  • nuuuuuuuuu!!!!!!!!!! Qn Q

  • Ya that movie wouldv'e bombed then. Disney princess movies are suppose to have happily ever afters. :P

  • Seriously, does anybody else think that the beast is a lot better than the prince? I seriously would have loved it if the beast never returned to his human form. Beast is so much better for Belle. (even though they are the same person, just one is covered with fur.) I did like this video though. Nice work. Except, sadddddd...

  • @hadeslittlegirl Well...Except the fact that Adam was turning more beastly and if he didn't return to human form he would have become nothing but an uncivilized animal that would probably kill Belle for meat, so...no.

  • I'm glad they didnt end it tht way they would have made me cry every time i'd watch the movie

  • If it would end like that, I would have cried afterwards.

  • Wow, it id very touching in a way. Though i like the fact that he said "I love you to her" which he never did , only through his actions. It's actually quite good for a fan made.

  • yeah i would have been pissed to i love that movie

  • it's so epic and quite anti Disney like. :)

  • wow this would have made the movie so much more iconic i would have watched a lot more. but still an awesome movie like every single other disney movie.

  • Not every story needs a happy ending, but if this happened in the real movie there would be countless children crying still to this day.

  • @philipbabb: most fairytles require a happy ending (the little mermaid in its original form is the exception to this, generally), which disney--the happiest place on earth--provides.

  • @robertgonzo1978 You troll...

  • I would have been real sad if that was in the movie when I first saw this as a child.

  • It feels as if there would have been a second part after this....

  • much sadder then toy story 3 when the toys almost got burned in a garbage dump (the one scene when they almost got burned)

  • WTF! HE JUST DIES!?!?!?!?!?

  • He should have at least turned back into a human after he died.

  • @kenirox That would have been even more depressing: he's human again, but he won't live to enjoy his freedom from the spell. Belle sees the prince he would have been if he had lived, but she doesn't get to know him as the prince or marry him because he's dead.

  • I think a good ending would be to have her say "I love you" as the last petal falls and then he says "it's too late" but the castle and objects come back to life right at the last second but it was to late for the beast cause he died.

  • Wow...Now I know why most movies have happy or "moving you to tears in a twisted emotionally good way" because this would have really crushed my hopes on life. Were performing this play and the guy as lumiere made a comment during practice "oh now you choose to tell him right after he died?"

  • Okay now, that's just sad! :(

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  • this makes me feel like I will never be cheery again.

  • At least it stays true to the book NOW

  • @Bzicnephrilis: ummm...no, it doesn't. the beast turns back into his human form at the end of every telling, complete with cliche happily every after.

  • @TherealRNO Why didn't you tell me that 2 months ago (BESIDES you having read it just now XP)?

  • dang if they ended the movie like this I wouldve been pissed off and dissapointed:(

  • OHHH HELLZ NO! Though it was still good, ahaha. Good Job.

  • i actually have this ending on an original vhs tape that i own and compared to the digitally remastered extended ending one where everything is all happy and he turns back to normal.

  • i loved it!

  • this would have single handedly ruined my childhood... just saying

  • I completely agree with you.

  • oooh my god !! It's so bad !

  • Good thing that wasnt the ending. When I think Disney I think happy endings ...not that crap

  • I WOULD'VE HATED THE MOVIE IF THAT WAS THE ENDING >.< I was gonna get depressed for the rest of the day......also to think that the servants will stay like that, what will they do now? :(((

  • If it would've ended like this I'd have been pissed xD

  • ahhh...so depressing...but it was editing nicely! (:

  • That ending was way better :D

  • @darklittleangle12 you shall be bolted to the wall with Forte!! >8\

  • Well that was cheery, he just dies and that's the end? Boy thats stupid

  • ... Well, that's... dark

  • that. was so sad.

  • O_O True Loves True Ending O_O Love It!!!

  • I would have hated it as a kid, but now I'm older, I love sad endings, so I think I prefer it. :'(

  • That sucks.

  • now thats really sad

  • :O!! I like it :3

  • "It's too late." Ends. Lol!

  • It's very sad =/ Thanks God, every Disney's stories have a happy ending. No matter if I was a kid or an adult, I couldn't stand it at all.

C'est tres triste, heureusement que les histoires de Disney se terminent bien, car enfant ou adulte, qu'importe, je ne serais jamais capable de voir une fin malheureuse dans un Disney.

  • I love that you had the beast saying 'I love you' as he dies! It's so romantic!!

  • When the Beast whispers "I love you", that send chills down my spine:)

    Great job!:)

  • this is too sad i hate it.

  • I should do the little mermaid and have it end the way it originally did in its original story

  • wow. unexpected... but i like it.

  • mwahahahahahahahahah I LOVE YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

work the evil vibe work the evil vibe yeeeeeeeeeehaw finally someone who agrees with me about happy endings be overrated

  • One one had that was poeticly beautiful and I do apreciate it and how well you made this vid. On the other hand, I think I'd mutiny if this was the true ending of B&tB.

On some of the others I'd be okay iwth sad endings (Little Mermaid. She turns to foam in the original telling...) but not in B&tB.

  • It could be nice, but that's too sad. I prefer the happy ending. :)

  • If i saw this ending as a seven year old idve probably topped myself..

    thank god disney are soppy!

now that im older woo!! Superb!!

  • I love sad endings. I know it sounds weird but still. I'd appreciate it more if disney would follow closer to the real story in some of their movies and not feel compelled to include a ''and they lived happily ever thereafter'' ending or some bullshit in every fucking movie they make. Like the little mermaid for example, where the prince marries the chick he thought saved her and Ariel ends up commiting suicide. THAT would've been a more emotionally powerful ending IMO

  • @kuhj278 as much as I agree with you about sad and emotionally powerful endings, do remember Disney is directed towards children. I don't know how happy people would be if kids were watching the little mermaid kill herself...

  • This is making me cry! Does he says this in the Diamond Edition because i have the regular and the special edition one and he never said that when he was dying.

  • This made me cry...:(

  • Wow! This is very good. I am impressed at your talent! You should make the hunchback of notre dame end closer to the book if you can. I would love to see it.

  • If that ending was added to the movie rather than the other one, then *sniffle* this movie would be a *sniffle* *crying* tr-tr-tragedy-y-y-y. :(

  • So sad :(

  • that was a horrible ending.

  • Wow this is poetic. What makes this ending better is the song playing.... Its beautiful.

  • That was very depressing. Yet amazing :)

  • that mural on the wall looked extremely real .were they made by the animators?

  • wow... Now i love more The Beauty and The Beast... This is just.. so poetic, and really impacts my heart.

  • ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;-(

  • Aww I came close to crying I don't like this ending he dies :(

  • This is so beautiful TT great work !

  • It's interesting that both this ending, and the actual ending from the movie are obvious. I wouldn't say everyone would just stay at the dark castle for good, but they might eventually just go searching for someone who might help. Not with bringing the beast back to life, but finding a new way to do something about the spell.

  • Ahhhhh! But... They.... I want my happily ever after!

Nah, jk. This was sad, but it has a sort of classiness to it. However, I think I'll stick with the Disney ending. Very well produced, though.

  • The stereotypical "he dies in her arms" ending, like "Romeo and Juliet" or "West Side Story" (although those are close to the same thing). I love this type of ending! By the way, who are the 7 people who disliked this? They must be the wolves from this movie because the rest of us can appreciate the finer things in life: like this ending.

  • The stereotypical "he dies in her arms" ending, like "Romeo and Juliet" or "West Side Story" (although those are close to the same thing). I love this type of ending!

  • AWWWWWWW this is so sad!!

I bet shakespeare would approve of this ending xD

  • @andrinaandug Definitely. He would have approved even more if Belle killed herself.

  • Gee... That was depressing

  • This is why I love sad endings.

  • That is one of the saddest things I've ever seen in my entire life! :'{

  • i never heard the beast says i love u to belle, where i can find it when he says that

  • No! My beast! I love this, and it is a really poetic beautiful ending, but I still want to have a happy ending. . .

  • I have to admit that was pretty good, I knw must of em are happy endings but that was done very nicely

  • I'm a sucker for happy endings, but I have to admit that this was really good; if I hadn't seen the movie before, I would've though that this was actually legit. Nicely done!

  • LMAO This made me laugh

  • LMAO!

  • omggggggggg depressing much!!! but a brill ending if it wasn't disney!

  • An important component in disney's movies is the hope, this wouldnt be a disneys movie if this were the ending.

Anyways, I like this ending too, this movie is a masterpiece
