I've seen pitch control problems like this one. You're gonna need to replace the ptich control, itself. It's defective. Price is gonna cost between $26 and $64.
I believe you have to get the decks calibrated to each other. Yeah they should all be the same, but you know how that goes. My MK2's came the same way, one is a hair bit faster than the other. The key is, don't rely on the numbers, rely on your ears.
Using serato is not the best way to check your pitch, it could be serato. Since this is an old vid I'm sure it's been figured out

the problems is that they are not that acurate. you can't set both tables at the same mark and expect them to run in time for ever
