a small tip in helping you to hover better. when you are correcting the heli you are going too far then to correct that you over correct it. so to help a small amout dont move as fast if possable then you will hover better
if you want to hover mor stable you can hover at a higher attitude, then the chopper gets away from the ground effects and it will be more stable. It is eaven easyer if you have a bigger room.
not bad man, have you used a simulator at all? if not, then your doing pretty well on your own. i would suggest flying in a bigger space and also try to always keep the tail facing you. hovering is the hardest part. but once u've mastered that then everything seems to come fairly easy.
i practiced for hours and hours on a sim before i even purchased my heli and i'm sure its saved me a TON of money.
minimize ur stick movements and take off the training gear, the training gear makes u slide around too much watch my axe cp video im doing fast forward flight and nose in hovering

trim out all of your controls
