Soon after we left school, you began this miracle work. I have not been dormant but I have been far away. But as I culminate into what I have always wanted I look forward to becoming and taking you into my protective embrace as can only be done from the place I imagine. You need this I know my dear heart.
How can some people consider this band as a big crap! i even heard a radio presentor saying that they were not great, how comes? Some people really don't have the same sensibility as us!
Placebo always brings it back. I feel so lost now, and it's been like this for a long long time. What else could I do to shake the pressure and the feeling of emptiness off me? Listen to Placebo, which was my world when I was a teenager. It gave me such sense of the world. I don't get those feelings anymore, I get nothing.
Well, I read an interview with Brian where he said it was about a transvestite. Which leads me to think maybe it IS based (at least partly) on Jean Genet's "Our Lady of the Flowers" like Liineea said in the comment below.
scuse me. . .i apologise. . .he likes your attitude....he tries it on for size. . . .he spends the afternoon. . . in between your thighs. . . .hows that from gratitude?. . . .i apologise
This goes as well for the whole Placebo record...all you have to do is to tune a half step up the first 5 strings and you tune the highest string (the E) down to a C...it's also called the Placebo Tunning

the most emotional song for me from placebo. and noone has as much emotion in their work as they do. that makes it the strongest song in the world for me. wow, i miss the times when their songs were so personal and intimate. their albums now are great and of a high quality, but...i dont know...they lack that special something which made them so unique. i just miss it.
