@TheMorango90 Here is the latest update. Emily has re-generated into a tropical depression after it fell apart. It is located near Florida. It, however, is now expected to curve northeast out into the open Atlantic, with little to no effect on the U.S. We got lucky this time.
@Gr33nD4ySniper I think PA may eventually see some rain from it, but I would not expect much of anything from Emily up there. Emily has now formed. It's a TS, over in the Carribean
Will this storm impact the US virgin islands and Puerto Rico as a hurricane or tropical storm? Oh the the latest news was that is has 100% of becoming a TS..in the next 48 hours...Could it impact this islands as a hurrican?
@joel12383 Looking at the latest tracking... it is expected to impact Northern Leewards/Windwards in about 36-48 hours. It would probably still be a tropical storm then. It may approach Puerto Rico in 3 days as a minimal hurricane, but it probably wont make landfall, so if any impact on Puerto Rico, it will probably be minimal. Whats more concerning is it may hit Florida. My latest tropical update is out. Go to my channel and watch if u need more info
