  • Dude, You need to go out there and play! Not just in your little bedroom! You have it already. Flaunt it my man..

  • Seymour Duncan JB and 59 right?

  • good video man!!!!

  • BEST COVER EVER OF THIS SONG

  • @music87wch you dont seem to be that picky. that was less than average,i can play it better and i still dont think its good enough to go on YT. check out neroroxxx or thomas75s or kobiba or jun626 if you want to hear professinals ;)

  • Awesome cover mate, you nailed that solo! You used a backing track right? I'd love to know where you got it, sounds great too.

  • @Kenny00077

Dude, There's lyrics after the solo. it's Sweet child o Mine by Guns and Roses...you can get it on YouTube and downlaod it, convert it to MP3 then use it...

  • the first note is an artificial harmonic?

  • @Fox347 my picking was a lot sloppier back then :P... i think I hit it by accident

  • @AraGuitar haha anyway its a very good cover... +1

  • @AraGuitar ahaha shh it was definitely on purpose ;D

  • How do you get that sound

  • Anyone else have TERRIBLE fret buzz and fretting out? And that was after getting it set up. I currently have beefy slinkys on them tuned to standard.

  • @Kingddd333

you might want to raise the strings further away from the frets. there should be some screws or something you can adjust...all though this may make it harder to play up on the higher frets...but should eliminate the buzz. it did for me anyway.

  • @pentallideath001 The action is already very high. I'm just very disappointed in this purchase

  • @Kingddd333 did you try a truss rod adjustment?

  • @AraGuitar Well yes, and I also brought it to a place for set up.. but it actually made the fretitng out worse

  • @AraGuitar Maybe just a bad setup

  • Excellente reprise, bravo ! :)

  • Awesome !!

    Check my cover plz ;)

  • whats size of pick do you use in this cover mate? By the way, do you have tab for this one? pls pls tell me.

  • @superku182 probably a Jazz III,I've been using those for awhile.

  • watch my cover /watch?v=fTg8u3POzm8 ^^

  • weak distortion man, crank it up!

    good cover (:

  • how many guitar do you have?:D

  • @lillapluto2 four and a half ;)

  • how much did u pay per lesson and how long per session

  • @ballpython1995 i think it was $40 per hour

  • did u take lessons?

  • @ballpython1995 i did a couple years ago for about 8 months. Helped me get my theory down more than with playing, but a great experience.

  • roll down the tone and use the neck pickup

  • @amendoza7705 a bit too late for that now, isn't it? ;)

  • @amendoza7705 hey i know it's been a while but it looks like i actually did, watch the very beginning :D

  • @amendoza7705 slash used the neck pickup... but he didnt roll back the tone for this song.

  • @WarmupMoto87 this was before i got into tuning in my sound, so it's just the guitar going into a 1996 fender bullet (recorded with a desktop mic).

  • can't hear the guitar over those terrible vocals..

  • is the finishing faded or is it shiney? looks shiney to me but i really need to know

  • Great cover! also check my version too!

  • nice impros dude!

  • SOLO SWEET CHILD O MINE

    watch?v=K_J7FwpF_I8

  • Awesome! better than slash!

  • Which color of the vf do you have ? tobacoo burst or sunburst ?

  • hey nice cover I HAVE TO GET THIS GUITAR!!! the faded cherry red sunburst is so much better than the tabacco sunburst, good choice B-D

  • hey man is the coulur name faded cherry sunburst? x

  • Great tone and playing.

  • nice man

  • jaja Sweet Child O´Mine Song From Guitar Hero 2 jajajaj

  • Would sound better on Gibson brother with sum seymour duncan Slash pickups

  • @Azthatlovestherock haha i don't know about that :P, but it would definitely sound more like slash :D

  • @Azthatlovestherock ec401 has the perfect slash tone man ahah

    NICE ONE DUDE.

  • @Azthatlovestherock yea it probably would, if youre willing to spend allot more money on a guitar, and even then, to be totaly honest depending on your skill as a player and equipment the LTD is gona sound almost as good as a mid range Gibson, it sounds better than the Gibson LP Standards (in my opinion) and its just a much more comfortable guitar to play

  • @Azthatlovestherock but pickups in that ltd are Seymour Duncans...

  • @Azthatlovestherock Those are duncans :P

  • @Azthatlovestherock Gibson's QC has gone way down hill. They have a Plek machine, and apperently they still don't know how to use it. Don't get me wrong, they have great tone, but if you're gonna buy a Gibson just be prepeared to take it to a tech level out the frets and set it up for you.

For $630 (US) this beats the hell out of any Epiphone LP and lower end Gibson LPs. I just wish ESP would offer this particular model (with the maple top) under the 1000 series and different colors.

  • @Azthatlovestherock actaully the ec-401 that he has has seymour duncan alnico pros in it i think its his amp setting cause I have the ec1000 vb with the emgs and i can still get the accurate sound he just needs to play with his settings

  • @Azthatlovestherock if you have same guitar, pickups, strings, amps and cabinets you wont sound like slash same he will never sound like you

  • @Azthatlovestherock this guitar has seymour duncan lol

  • This guitar is suited from blues to metal. The Jb in the bridge gives you the crunch you want and the 59 in the neck gives you a beautiful clean tone. You can literally play anything on this guitar. Get this and a fender amp. Then just get a digitech pedal or multi fx pedal etc.. Trust me! You will not be disappointed : )

  • Very impressive dude, I love the guitar by the way. ESP FTW

  • was gonna get a gibson LP. screw that. ESP all the way.

  • @dmyers93 Aside from balance issues my Viper 301 is by far one of the best guitars I've ever played. I'm deciding on a MH-327 or a EC-401 Floyd rose now.

  • Fucking excellence!

  • Nice, I got the same exact model, cept it's a tobacco. Good song + cover

  • Great cover.

  • good job!

how did you record the sound?

  • Great job man..5*s. Awesome, classic solo. Keep on rockin'!!

  • nice job man

  • LTD ARE BEST GUITARS<3

cool play men. keep on rockin!

  • nice solo also watch mine

  • who's that guitar by? it looks a lot like an agile because of the quality, but im not positive.

  • its by ESP

  • @EMM200 its an esp ltd

  • esp

    its an

    Ltd ec-401

  • its a esp ltd ec-401 in cherry XD

  • amazing looking guitar man! great playing too. i was wondering what you're plugging it into because i don't like the tone in comparison to other videos i've listened to

  • hey, its plugged into a tiny fender bullet anniversary special amp from '96 (i think). And i used a regular computer mic to record the audio so there's A LOT of unnecessary compression.

  • hey dude nice cover. im thinking of getting this guitar of the ax-50, wat do u think?

  • I'd say go with the ec-401

but it's because they're in completely different price ranges, the ec-401 can cost around three times as much. So the eclipse is better by far, but only because it's much more expensive and that is to be expected - brand name pickups/hardware. If you have the money i suggest you browse around a bit more, but if it's just between these two then go with the eclipse :)

  • k thx!

  • sweet guitar

  • I just got this guitar few days ago, it's awesome xD

I'm trying to learn this solo, the strings are quite hard on my finger. =\

I only have mostly everything b4 the crazy spammage of notes xD

  • so for example if i play a lot of metallica and guns n roses would you recommend this guitar???

  • absolutely

  • if you're gonna play metal with a guitar like this get the emg version :D

  • hey man. juz wanna say that its an awesome cover of the solo. i got question though. i wanna get this guitar and do u have any thoughts on this guitar. is it good for metal? pros and cons?

  • mine has a few tiny blemishes in the finish but nothing i can't live with otherwise its just amazing! its great for metal but nothing extremely heavy, its more of a hard rock guitar. pickups are great and the mahogany tone is just awesome.

    BUY IT :D

  • thx for the advice man

  • seymour duncan JB (bridge) and 59 (neck)

  • This is Rexsom Les Paul - ESP Guitar :-) I think ;-)

  • sounds so amazing on that that guitar.

  • what color is your guitar

  • faded cherry sunburst

  • 'Nice job on that solo...

  • I just bought this guitar last night $750 out the door with hard shell case and really nice leather strap. As with any guitar look for any defects, scratches, warps and loose parts ect. Then play it. If you like it then buy it. You won't regret it! Take care! Good Video!

  • verrrrey nice playing im thinking about buying this guitar any thing i should look out for?

  • CooL but Not Aww Some

  • very good !

  • kick ass

  • the ec-401 can have emg or seymour duncan pickups. this one has duncans

  • wat pick ups has this got

  • not so much improving, i think its too much...

  • I was thinking of gettin this guitar, can anyone tell me what kind of music can be played with it? I wanna play anything from blues to alternative, grunge, rock, and metal.

  • that's exactly what it's meant for :D

  • yeah dawg, that's exactly what it's meant for!

  • @divid144 you should get a les paul like the 56 gold top it has very nice tone for blues and for anything realy trust me i have one therre nice

  • @divid144

My teacher for guitar is a kind of a dealer.. and he sold me my new awesome guitar which is this one.. and he said to me that basically everything can be played with this guitar and sound great..

This guitar is great and has an amazing sound.. it's like a cheaper Gibson..

I played Foo Fighters, Nirvana, also some Jimi Hendrix and GNR.. (GNR songs sound great especially Sweet Child o' Mine) and many others such as Jeff Beck and Steve Vai, you should also spend some on seymour duncan..

  • Super clean! =D Great job man! Awesome guitar too ;)

  • u rock man, congratulations

  • great playing and a beautiful guitar!! 5 stars from me

  • Great job but I hated te tone so 4/5

  • ... ... Crack? Heroin? Pot?... what?

  • hahah.....cool dude...nice job.....

  • put some reverb in that!

  • yeah it would sound way better. not that it doesnt but yeah

  • i love this song and you play it very well nice cover my freind5*

  • cool!!!

  • pretty good..btw where is the ec 401VF made?? is it korea? the pickups sounded good in your video..but can it handle high gain for modern metal genre?

  • the 401vf has seymore duncan pups

  • ya, pretty good, check out me playing this, im not the greatest but it was pretty decent

  • dang i liked when i played this guitar but dang u showed me lol 10/5
