@MegaMrlong he's only going slow to teach how to better your shot not to teach release time. As for his form, may have been a little "WNBA-ish" but it looked pretty good to me. They are great drills. :)

guys, there is nothin called, black shoot better, white shoot better, or anythin, it depends on your shape, on how long have you been playin basketball, and how much your into it, srsly, cuz sayin all of that none sense is stupid

@motoemasta1 however there is truth in the fact Blacks can put on fast twitch muscle better and more of it  meaning their shots are usually stronger from a young age, and easier distance at a later age requiring less power from the body

noce drills but the guys form doesnt look 100% cosect. ist that the way girls shoot a basketball in WBA? men point their elbow towards the hoop and bring the ball way over their shoulder rather than pointing their elbow towards the ground where of there is no aim until the last second before releasing the ball. the only reason the guy made those shots was because heo was releasing the ball slowly goving him time to aim. in a pro bball game, you only have 2 seconds lol.
