  • if u look close enough, u can see the strings on that puppet mccain!

  • you want to stimulate the economy? Give college kids a million dollars each. They'll spend it all within a week.

  • we need to invade canada, liquidate their natural propane forests and then recalibrate NASA to get ready for the Great Quazar Alignment!!

  • Cut the business tax and the middle class tax....

  • I think Obama hit good on the Economic plans and policies better than McCain. But I also think that McCain hit better than obama on the war.

  • So staying in Iraq is ok? Spending 10 billion a month there, while they hav a surplus and our countries economy is collapsing, we should still keep spending 10 billion a month there?

    Please...

  • at 7:43 Obama contradicts himself bigtime, "stop giving tax breaks to those companies who ship jobs overseas, so were giving tax breaks to companies investing in the united states" a business will be taxed as such, just as ever other business. If you raise the taxes on american companies, they will begin to ship MORE jobs overseas why would they bother to stay here if their taxes to compete in a global market would be extraordinarily high, when they can operate in china & india for so much less?

  • MCain sounds the same as Obama

  • mcain keeps copying alot of what obama is saying at least in the beginning

  • and to add to that, one of the first things that Sen. Obama did the moment he stepped onto Capitol Hill was, to fight for the security of workers pensions ect., instead of the CEO's financial blanket.

  • 95% Americans receive a tax cut, the top 5 percent (250K and higher) pay a higher tax. Now with a 9 trillion dollar national debt someone has to pay down the deficit. It's makes no sense to tax the middle and lower classes with a major downturn in the economy. Now a huge part of why we are fighting for our financial lifes, is because John McCain and neo cons think that de-reg'ing will fix the markets problem, in turn what really happened greed dominated Wall Street and joe blow is paying for it

  • part 1 to McCain, Part 2 to Obama

  • Obama dismissed effectively the effort by McCain to paint him as risky. He won both parts.Obama was disagreeing with McCain without being disagree'able yet McCain was plainly nasty up to the point of insulting the whole nation of North Corea for being short!

  • I dont know why americans are frightened by nationalised health care. We in the UK have it (so do the french) and it works just fine. Everyone, even the destitute get treated. If the current system in America is so great, why does the USA lie so low in national rankings in terms of health care?

  • James: How much of your salary goes to taxes? 60%?

  • It works just fine in all civilized nations!

  • It appears to me that the big wigs in Washington equate nationalized health care with socialism and communism.

  • I'm sorry but nationalized health care, come on, look to the north. The wealthy Canadian people come here for hospital procedures cause cause they get put on long waiting lists to get things done. Some of the wealthy ones even come here, paying with cash out of their own pockets. The US will turn into a long waiting line for ppl. Even with that alright the economy is falling apart which is run by the gov't, and we want to give more power to them? It seems absurd to me. bordering socialism

  • The moderator is obviously trying to create an actual debate, but such a thing hasn't happened to over a decade... but we need it! If you talk about McCain like he isn't in the room there is a separation created that allows him to not be accountable for his past votes.

ps: to Exposing the Truth, Thank you for posting these and having the adjoining links in the description.

  • Hands down OBAMA! (Presidential, calm, good judgement) Looks to the future.

LOSER = MCCAIN...Warmongerer, lives in the past, talks in frigging circles, extremely rude and disrespectful to those he disagrees with. The guy needs to grow up.

Time for change, Time for OBAMA!

  • lol how much more dou want him to grow up...

    the man will die

  • jkan08-touche and LOL, but I meant grow up in the maturity sense. did you see the guy's facial expressions during the debate? what a frigging baby. I thought he was going to get down on the floor and start kicking. ha.

  • HAHAHAH oh god, major touche.

  • McCain is way too old and was talking about nothing most of the time. His advisors always tell him to ramble on to limit questions.

  • .... im supporting obama but please dont say mccain is too old.... because that's not the reason of not to vote someone...

  • He is too old--which makes him closer to death--which makes Palin closer to Presidency.

  • sorry, but I do disagree with you. age has everything to do with it when your running mate is Palin. Besides, with age (in McCain's case) comes dementia. If he can't remember who our allies are, we are in some serious doodoo.

    here's where we agree...OBAMA 08! peace!

  • When you take in consideration the stress and activities involved with being the pres. McCain has about 2yrs tops before Palin is Pres. if he wins. And Palin of all people, I know you've seen her on interviews. I cant wait for the world to see her and Biden go at it.

  • and you would know what McCain's advisors tell him? It's probably rambling to you because you're just too politically ignorant to know what he's talking about.

  • Obama so won

  • Italy pays more in business tax .......

  • This is a good real debate.

Kerry-Bush debates weren't real: Bush couldn't debate, too many ground rules.

McCain's time was 8-years ago. Now, his time has passed. His party shot themselves in both feet with Palin and Bush.

Obama's focus is "change from the bottom up". Meaning: you won't be giving $700Billion plus to Wall Street thugs without guarantees to average citizens.

  • i agree. why the hell pay the companies when you should instead give it to the people so they then can pay the companies and then the companies start to make money.

  • I agree BlazingCheerio. Bottoms up! ;)

  • nobody got his joke about the bear....he said he didn't know if the DNA testing was for criminal or paternal reasons. no one laughed.

  • Er, 7:06, did McCain just laugh like Bush?

  • How can a government suspend spending?

  • VOTE THE ISSUES NOT THE PERSON

  • I like how they're blaming regulation policies for failing at regulating corporations, and saying nothing about actually committing to holding corporations accountable for their own greed and economic tyranny. They also both say they'll cut spending, and don't say where. More masturbation, but little difference in stated policies. They're just blaming eachother for the same problems and saying they have the same solutions.

  • in a free-market society, with capitalistic companies, can you blame them for wanting to exploit every situation to make as much money as possible??? that is their perogative. its the gov's job to protect the people, thus...good regulation. ex:less people speed when they see a cop.

  • Exactly, environmental and economic regulations of corporations should be the way to go, but that's not what the major parties in our country have really ever supported. We create monopolies and support every whim of corporate power, rather than support either a truly free market or regulation of corporations.

  • when there is millions of dollars and thousands of people fighting for an agenda, the peoples voice is easily lost. Business license is similar to a drivers license..we want to let people drive to the top of a mountain, but we need to make sure they're on the right side of the road, they're not drunk, and that there care is drivable.

  • It's so clear that Mccain is about helping those who don't need help (the rich and wealthy) and Obama is about helping those who are desperate in need.

Wouldn't it be nice to see a trickle up effect that starts the financial benefits first with mid/lower income households?

The wealthy and rich don't have to go and send all their jobs overseas either. Where's their duty to their country?

I guess patriotic duty is only meant for mid/lower income households.

And Sarah Palin for Vice Pres? lol

  • whoop whoop America rocks McCain said that well.

spending is outofcontrol but people need help to get on their feet.

so ppl need NOT ABUSE it! I hate ppl who abuse that help.

whoop Obama wants to clean that up too

my family works alot to pay bills and gas soo

I like what obama says for them.

Clean UP Clean Up everybody everywhere :)

my boyfriend and his fam doesnt have healthcare so that matters to me cuz i love him

    IKE VITCIMS ARE STRUGGLING!

whoa thats a big bus. tax i ddnt knw that

  • Go Obama! Lets get the republicans out of power.

  • whoop :) I second the thanks to ExposingTheTruth08 for posting the debate!

i have no cable currently so whoop for youtube :)

  • 95% tax cut? Thats going to kill the economy! McCain is at least cutting it a reasonable amount. I'm for tax cuts but more is not always the best.

  • I apologize, I misheard him.

  • who said 95% tax cut?

  • Obama said give 95% of the lower end of income households a tax break.

Unlike Mccain who wants to give only the upper 5% the tax break, and let everyone else be patient with the "trickle down."

  • ok, thats what we heard too, cool (well, not cool if McNasty is elected)

  • JonathonKusagari try to pay attention ... that was a tax cut for 95% of working families, not a 95% cut in taxes ...

  • My god people! Read the first reply to this comment I ALREADY APOLOGIZE FOR MISHEARING HIM!!!!

  • Addition: And people wonder why I dislike the world....Make one mistake and they yell at you like crazy even after you APOLOGIZE!! You do something right your lucky to get a word of thanks.

  • Thanks JonathonKusagari. ;)

  • These Agencies are Private Banks! The Federal Reserve Bank is Private,Fanny Mae and Freddie Mac are Private. The Mere fact that we as the Greatest Country in the World, we do not control our own Monetary System. When you let Private Banks run yr monetary system and not their own free Market then you get this result. America should let the freemarket operate itself and the American Gov should print it's own Money, backed by the gold standard and tax payers. The Freemarket will regulate itself.

  • Thanks for uploading this !!!! :-)

  • Obama was more diplomatic and that's what we need..

    Obama/Biden '08!!
