This nurse I worked with said he was at a hospital in Manhattan working, and they set up the hospital expecting thousands of injured people to come. He said they got everything ready and only a couple people came, they then realized that so many people did not make it out alive. So very sad. RIP to all the victims. I remember attending the Funeral procession for R&B singer Aaliyah NYC on Aug.31.2001 and thinking of how awful it was for the music world and the fact that she died with 8 others (Aug 25)in the Bahamas after finishing her music video for Rock the Boat.On Sept.2 I went back to Chicago.Looking back on it now I dont know what affects my mentality more;the fact that I had no idea that less than two weeks later NYC and America would be changed forever or the fact that Aaliyah never lived to see 9/11

There was a lot of confusion, and nobody knew what was going to happen. I still have two copies of the special edition of the New Haven Register from the evening of 9/11. The helmets were placed in the dumpster so they could be saved for the firefighter's funeral. They place the helmet on top of the casket during the funeral and then place the helmet inside the casket when they are buried. RIP

I recently watched National security alert-sensitive information(penty) and New Hiroshima(wtc) Both were great. The Hiroshima was about photo observations of the wtc site. There were so many photo's that I have never seen. I later found out about the theories as to why some of the stuff in the photo's could have happened but, there is nothing wrong with conjecture.
