These is a First generation of S55 AMG ('01-'02) i have the same car by that time they AMG factory used the same engines. (with a little engine modification and some cosmetics details).The S55 AMG ('01-'02) was outfitted with a 5.4L 354 hp (264 kW) V8 motor (natural aspirated identical with S500 and S430 engines)while the later versions ('03-'06) sported the same motor, but supercharged to a rated 493 hp (368 kW).

Guys! It is a S55 AMG!!! But the S55 came with two engines:

1- Naturally Aspirated V8 (thats why u dont c the "V8 Kompressor" sign on the side")

2- The other comes with a supercharger.

This one is the Naturally Aspirated one! Enjoy!

That's right, this is not an S55, it's just a regular s-class with an exhaust mod.

thats no S55 i think. It has no AMG body kit, no v8 kompressor sign and only a simple exhaust.... I would say its a S400 cdi

It does have a AMG kit pay attetion and you will see that have side skirts, (regular S Class don't have that) and the Rear Bumper is the AMG otherwise the tips of the mufflers won't fit in the regular S Class bumper.

I don't think it's Kompressor. Definitely 2001 exhaust tips. If it were Kompressor, it would have an emblem on the front quarter panel.. I don't know why anyone would take that off.... Thanks for the reply though...
