Beating an ailing and mediocre Texas team is a "little way", but there are others, maybe beating OU, or winning a bowl game would work(yeah, right). What I enjoy most about your reply is that I believe you actually would keep a coach around for 20 years going 1-11, as long as the 1 was against Texas. Obsession by Aggie Land.

Actually no, he cries all the time - see my quote from the Sports Illustrated article about A&M's 4-8 season above. He also uses the word "ouchies" to talk about team health.
