ur all twats :P when you do that it jsut shows 5 on tab but enter ''ping'' into the console and look at ur name and ur ping. and last thing your ping isn't 5 when u do that (in console)

guys if you wanna turn it off just write cl_cmdrate 101 or 100 idk but you dont ave to put +100 you can put 2, +10, +5 it dont matter but note it will make you lagg even more and your shot accuracy will be smaller but its really usefull if the admin is kicking everybody with high ping and the server maxping isn't kicking you xD btw i'm not sure but i think that the game resets all of its configs after each time you quit and reopen it that is if you haven't changed them from the game core
