well, not necessarily, i agree with u that theyre dark due to the sun, they r majority of the time tan. many of the yemeni's who live in my community are blonde, others have green eyes or sometimes blue. many people always get surprised when they say theyre yemeni, so its not all but yes, they are arabs so they vary in color and features.
