It's because of his left knee; there's nothing in his left knee - he, and his doctors only use medicine to keep the leg standing.

At least, that's what I've heard. He has had 5++ left knee surgeries. He'll sure fall down and hurt his knee again and again, mainly because of the metallic-like floor outside the ring.
