  • I DID THT RIGHT BUT NOW IT SEEM LIKE I CANT FIND THE PRO WIT THE SOUND THT MY ANDIS KEEP MAKE LIKE SOMTHING LOOSE WAT CAN THT BE MAN TRYED TIGHTING LOOSEING ALL KINDS OF SHIT I DONT WANT TO HAVE TO BUY NEW ONE AND SHIT HIT ME BACK ..

  • my clippers bite! what can I do to prevent that?!

  • thanks for the vid fam, very helpful, when you re position the blades to machine, do you push the blades forward and then screw the 2 screws on the back or push the blades towards you/towards the machine?? im thinking that makes a difference..and how do u know when the tension screw is too tight or too lose? do u check for how it sounds when its on?

  • WHEN YOU HAVE A NEW BLADE AND DOESNT CUT AND SET IT UP RIGHT ,WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM?

  • Thanks for the vid.

I hope you could help me - I have an Andis CC-1 clipper and for the life of me I can't figure out how to take it apart... There's one screw at the back but I can't open it.

    Hope you could help

  • Hey i was adjusting the blades but now when i turn the clippers on, the bottom blade moves to an angle to the right. why does this happen and how can i fix it?

  • @enjoi1396 the cutting blade is running on an angle? perhaps, the fiber t-guide needs adjusting because the cutting blade runs on the t-guide and if the guide is off-center then the cutting blade will be too.

So start over and follow my instructions. If the problem still exist then write me bacc. good luck.

  • @delace1111 thanks man. i fixed it

  • Dope song bruh sick vid

  • Yo big ups to you for this video, I have been struggling on my own trying to get my outliners perfect and this video absolutely helped. Thanks man!

  • Really helped, thanks

  • good shyt bro, the only video that explained a lot

  • thanks for in the info

  • which one do you prefer, outliner II or the t-outliner

  • @cr4zyftw Outliner II for line-ups and T-outliner for Artwork/designs

  • Can you put T liner blades on a Outliner II?

  • @3zib Yes.

  • @3zib Checc the video out on that topic, I just posted it up

  • @3zib yes u can

  • This video really help me out alot. I jest got them same clipper's and thay was cutting like shit! And i found this video and done same adjustments i seen this guy doing and now im bless! This video will help you if you have them clipper's.

  • Hi friends I bought a product of andis outliner few days ago a new product but does a lot of noise how do I lower the noise?

  • @djzaggay Ayo, this trimmers require regular maintenance, rule of thumb: Tighten the tension screw until it is flush makes contact with the tension spring and then give the tension screw another 1/4 to a 1/2 turn MAX. If you Tighten it all the way the blade set will surely over heat quickly.

  • Delace thanks for the video......I thought my clippers needed adjusting and as I listened to you you said 2 words that solved my problem......DRY BLADE. I realized I was not putting oil on my clippers. I paused the video, put oil on them and now they are as good as they were before I stopped using oil.

    Thanks man,

  • @RonHitson Glad I could help!

  • S&M playin' in the background. lol

  • @canibus19 Ya'DIGGG! lol

  • Thanks for the reply.....I assume "Shapen" is a formal name for "Sharpening" (like sharpening a knife, etc)? I hear that the best result in getting trimmer to cut sharply is to sharpen them with a benchstone (assuming blades are adjust correctly) or get them sharpen by a diamond machine sharpener. I tried sharpening with a bench stone from home depot and i think i actually made it more dull. Any advice or video would be appreciated...thanks in advance!

  • @dtrustsone Might I ask how much you spent for benchstone from home depot? Is the benchstone still being used or is it collecting dust? How much do you think a blade set cost? I think we all(myself included) do things the hard way, I strongly suggest replacing the blades at least you know that had to pass Quality Control.

  • @delace1111 About $12...not expensive at all and the thought is if it worked i would be able to recycle one blade for a long while (and would be more economical in the long run). Anyhow...i get your point!

  • How do you sharpen your blade? Do you use the metal device thats on the counter? where can i found it?

  • @dtrustsone I'll post a video on the way I "SHAPEN" my blades, in general can never guarantee the flatness of both blade mating surfaces. I'd suggest replacing them for best results.

The metal device you're referring to is called a V-Block, I use the V-Block because I know that surfaces are true(flat or 180degrees). I'm a machinist be trade and machined that block myself.

  • I have recently bought a andis T outliner on ebay from the Us and i live in the uk , i had to buy a US to Uk converter in order for the machine to work , but when i turn the machine on its making a very loud sound , which i believe by the sound its making it wont be safe to use does this mean the machine needs adjusting or could it be the converter???

  • @abz4life100 Sorry to hear the bad luck but I wouldn't give up, Find a convertor, try it, please let me know how it works out! Good luck brav!

  • @delace1111 Definitely the converter. had the same issue with my set I brought with me to Rome, Italy from the states

  • i got my andis out the box an turned it on an its really loud how do quiet it down?

  • @tweety18konk sounds like its wasn't adjusted properly from the factory. Return it to the place you purchased it, they should be able to replace it. good luck.

  • @tweety18konk Ayo, this trimmers require regular maintenance, rule of thumb: Tighten the tension screw until it is flush makes contact with the tension spring and then give the tension screw another 1/4 to a 1/2 turn MAX. If you Tighten it all the way the blade set will surely over heat quickly.

  • Ay bruh which trimmers do you think are better: the T Outliners, or the Outliner ii's. Thanks

  • @SHEEDY5618 Which trimmer is better? In my opinion both my trimmers are Outliner II's 1 regular blade set, 1 with the T-outliner blade set. Both are good but the T-outliner makes short work when it comes to trimming due to the extra length of the blade. My choise is the T-outliner.

What are your thoughts, which is better for you?

    Thanks for the question. One!

  • @delace1111 I was thinking the same thing, just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing out on the Outliner ii's though. Good lookin

  • Good stuff bro haha never thought of using a magnifying glass good idea

  • @aenriquez90 AYO! Thx for the positive feedbacc, Yeee, the magnifying glass does take most of the guess work out of lining up the blades. Nuff Respect go out to all the "BARBERS (amateurs or pros)" on youtube doin they thang!

  • @delace1111 THANK YOU SO MUCH YOU SAVED ME 150 BUCKS!!!!!

  • @papoose1223 Welcome Famz, Happy Barberin"!

  • @delace1111 ovrall what blade would you pick if you could just have one the t or the basic!?

  • @papoose1223 I prefer the T-Outliner Blade set.

  • @delace1111 why! im curious cause i dont know what what to buy!
