The name of the song is "Skellig" from the album "The Book of Secrets" by Loreena Mckinnett. (I'm pretty sure her name means "goddess of beautiful music in at least 3 ancient languages.) By the way, the music at the very first of this video is "Prologue" from the same album.

the military does do this kind of stuff but at the speed they are going in the jets they have now is impossible cause the g force is 2 much

military jets can't do that kind of maneuver. That maneuver is done in very small radius of turn. The reason is because the design of the wing using conventional configuration and symmetrical aerofoil. military uses delta config to enable supersonic, but produce less lift ratio. therfore military jet needs high speed to produce sufficient lift to support its weight, and thus increases the turn radius
