I have the same problem too for a few months now and it is getting worse. I remove the battery and it works for a little while. I had the phone reset at a Verizon Store which deletes all the data and that worked for about a month until the problem came back. I will call Blackberry to see what they say.
my storm does this too! but after about a week it goes away... its really annoying.. and it started happening again.. which is why im here.. looking for answers
after 9 months of enjoying my first ever blackberry experience with the storm2 ,i started having this problem. it started a couple of weeks ago and i am getting tired of it. i tried downgrading to all of the V5 OS to no avail. Maybe a 4.7 would fix it but i couldn't find it. if i find no solution soon i'll just switch to an iPhone. I just can't afford buying a new phone every 9 months! If anyone has a solution please help. I like my storm2 and would hate get rid of it. (I bought mine online)
i got dat same problem but it only happens wen i'm charging or after i charge the phone

The same thing happens to my phone too :P. Try pulling the battery, this usually helps me for about a week.
