I used to see Mamas Pride at Fat Cats in Edwardsville,IL in the 80's. They had a stripper come in for a band members biirthday. The Bouncers chased her out as soon as she stripped,dam!

Kevin Sanders (drummer) was my supervisor at a painting company, (i think it was called diversified??)....these guys should have made it in the big time......they remind me of Litte Feat.......such great music and the world was too stupid or stoned to recognise....Kevin sold me an old van of his that The Pride used to haul their equipment in....man if that van's walls could talk.......if you see this Kevin.........WAZZZZZUP!!
Yeah!! I'm from surrounding St. Lou area, and this album was big time popular in the late seventies when I was a teen. What an excellent album it is too. Thanks for sharing.

Killer band and good folks as well. I remember seeing them as The Pride as well (contract bs) at the Lucky Dog saloon.
