Well I already have a v845 but from this vid it sounds like the v847 is too clean and shrill and smooth I like the v845 better

it casts a shadow on the sound and its hard to perceive the real details.

According to me, they are the same thing. but one is 20 dollars more and has an awesome chrome look.
