Yes, you can. You can work yourself into a state of mind when your body start to emit endorphins in the blood stream and you are litterary high. It happens on rock conserts, sports events and in pagodas so why not in churches or in your home by yourself.

And, yes, it's addicitive.If it's dangerous varies from person to person but to a lot of people they like the haze better than the harsh reallity so there you have it.
