Me thinks this is the dance with the best fluid motion of the body.

The lower moves very smooth and with ease I see some tension in the fourth toe area.

The shoulder joints and part of thoraic spine has a lower range than the rest of the body.

Keep the gentle soft motion and use this clip you made later to remember how to move your lower body.
